CAN LOVE SAVE (A HIGH SCHOOL REUNION JUMP STREET STYLE PART TWO}

CHAPTER 6: DADDY

Tom was so sweet and good with the babies, and to Sydney.  She loved watching him with them, especially when he thought she was asleep.  Tom got up at night with them, so that Sydney could sleep.  She would wake up if they cried, but then she would just watch Tom. He would give them bottles and comfort them, sing to them, tell them stories.  Sometimes Sydney would have to really try hard and not laugh at what Tom was telling them.  Sydney and Tom both were so in love with the babies, taking pictures of them constantly on their phones, then they would show each other and text each other the pictures.

It was a Saturday afternoon.  The babies had kept Tom up all night, so Sydney told Tom to go take a nap in the bedroom, and she would be in the living room with the babies.  Tom was asleep.  The doorbell rang.  Sydney said "babies let's see who is coming to see us."  Tom was worried about security, so he got a ring doorbell, and video camera up above the door, so that Sydney would know who it was.  It was the doorman from downstairs.  Sydney said "I'll be right there."  She opened the door.  

He said "hello Mrs. Hanson, I got some more deliveries for you."  Sydney said "more I swear these babies are getting so much stuff."  She smiled.  He said "they are quite popular"  Sydney signed for the packages. He said "I'll put them down for you since you have your hands full."  He left.

Sydney said "let's see what we have."  She looked for a card, but there wasn't one.  Tom came out.  He said "Dang it Sydney why didn't you come get me."  Sydney said "What."  He said "How many times do I got to tell you that I don't want you going to the door alone"  Sydney said "Tom relax ok. I knew who it was."  Tom said "Still Sydney you need to come get me."

Sydney said "ok I'm sorry. I know you're exhausted. I was wanting to let you sleep.  Anyway we got these three packages, but I don't know who they are from, there is no card."  Tom smiled.  She saw him grin.  She said "oh wait Hanson you didn't."

Tom said "Didn't what baby"  He grinned.  She said "Hanson"  He said "Ok I did ok, but I couldn't resist. You have to see what I got the babies."  Sydney laughed.  She said "Tommy you bought them more toys."  He said "yeah I had to."  Sydney laughed.  So did Tom.  Tom said "I was looking online, and I just happened to see them, so I had to get them.  Open it momma."

Sydney said "Tommy you are like buying them toys almost every day. They are getting so spoiled."  Tom said "You hear that babies, momma is trying to blame me for you three getting spoiled, like mommy doesn't buy you toys and clothes and "  Sydney laughed.  So did Tom.

Sydney said "I know Tom, it's almost impossible to not buy things when I see them and they would be so cute with them"  Tom said "Tell me about it"  Sydney said "But Hanson you do realize if we don't stop buying them toys, we are going to have to move. I mean our spare room is almost filled with toys, and they can't even play with them yet."  Tom laughed.  He kissed Sydney, then the babies.

Sydney said "Ok daddy you take the babies and I will see what daddy got you."  Tom sat down and held the babies.  Tom got them 3 big stuffed bears,  Two were girl bears, in pink dresses, and one was a boy bear in a blue suit.  Sydney said "Oh my God Tom they are so cute."  He said "I know see I told you."  Sydney said "But babe um they are like huge, I mean the babies are so little."  Tom said "I know it, but when they get older they can play with them"  Sydney went and kissed him.

She said "Tom Hanson I love you so much, you really have no idea."  He said "I love you more."  He kissed her.  Tom was making the babies laugh, kissing them on their stomach, and making funny noises.  The girls were grabbing hold of his hair, and he was acting like it really hurt, and was making noises."  He had the 3 babies laughing and Sydney.  Sydney was recording it on her phone.

Tom got them to sleep.  He said "you see that, all 3 babies sound asleep."  Sydney said "yes I see that, you are so talented."  He said "yeah I do say so myself, I am pretty good at a few things."  Sydney said "A few things huh."  Tom grinned.  She smiled.  He said "yeah getting the babies asleep."  Sydney said "yes you are good at that."  Tom said "I'm pretty good at making them laugh."  Sydney said "True you do get them laughing"  Sydney said "So what's the other thing you are really good at?"
