(Y/n)s face lit up with excitement. 'This will be similar to the entrance exam for me. She thought to the countless hours of training she did in preparation.
She had two weeks to get the peak of her physical condition, (Y/n) was ready.
"Hey, Ochaco, Tsu, how about we make good on those plans. Let's start going to the gym after school!"
Their faces became determined while they waited in the lunch line for food. She looked over to Todoroki and he avoided her gaze, walking out of the lunchroom like he did at the beginning of the year.
'It's fine, I can just wait until after school.'
It dragged by, she was so excited to begin training, (Y/n) practically raced out the door when the bell rang. She stopped herself though and waited for Todoroki after class. Once he left she proposed her idea.
"Let's train together Todoroki!"
He looked at her and seemed to think hard about his answer. She got worried for a second, thinking something had changed without her noticing before he nodded his head and gave her his phone. She typed in her number and they went their separate ways.
She was exhausted after training with the two girls and decided to go home right after, the three of them combined were intense to say the least.
She showered quickly and threw in an outfit she quite liked.

She walked to the UA library and took out more text books on anatomy. She wanted to try something, but she didn't know how surface area would come into place.
'If that's the case I should read more about physics, specifically momentum and circular force if I'm going to use it with kicks mostly'
Deep in her thoughts she wandered back to the books and pulled out a few more fro more shelf. She knew the internet was probably easier, but using actual books just seemed to much nicer and was easier on her eyes.
'That's right I need my eyes in good condition, I should start limiting my screen time'
She looked up and her eyes met with heterochromatic ones.
Todoroki wasn't necessarily surprised to see her here, he actually expected to find her once he saw a table filled with medical books and scattered with different notebooks.
He saw her zoned out looking at the books in her hand while going back to her table, he couldn't stop looking at her. He decided he would finally ask her what she needed to know about the human body.
He knew her quirk was pressure points, that was obvious to anyone, but he still lacked a proper explanation on how it worked.
She finally caught on to his gaze .
"I need to ask you something"
"Huh"
(Y/n) was still recovering from her small surprise of finding him here, let alone to be immediately asked for something.
"What is it Todoroki, is everything okay?"
This was his chance.
"How does your quirk work, and why do you keep studying the human body!"
"Oh, okay then"
She set her books down and pulled out a random diagram, there were scribbled and dots littering the page, the page title is what took him aback;

She pointed to a dot on the stomach of the person.
"My quirk allows my to see pressure points with my eyes, everyone has them and everyone can use them to their advantage, I can just see them. This dot right here is a pressure point, so if I looked at you I could see that point"
She looked at his abdomen and touched it lightly with her middle finger, he felt a tingling from where she touched him. He couldn't tell if it was because of the pressure point, or because it was her.
'What?'
Before his thoughts could continue, she answered his other question.
"The thing is, I can't tell what the pressure points do with my eyes, so that's why I need to research all of them, this chart is what I study the most"
She pointed back to the lethal chart. She lowered her voice.
"I have to be careful, if I make any reckless moves, I could seriously injure someone, even kill them."
She breathed a little before looking him in the eye with a reassuring expression.
"Luckily for me, there are hundreds of points and very few of them can cause serious damage"
She smiled at him. He nodded and glanced over at the notebooks. She followed his glance over to the pink one, by far the most worn looking book of the bunch. She laughed at a joke only she understood.
"Yeah if you ever start to study pressure points you'll find very soon how most of them give the opposite effect than the one I want in combat situations"
She gestured over to the pink notebook, unfortunately, he was completely lost.
"Like healing people?"
She flushed red.
"Umm, no"
He still didn't understand.
'Oh god how to I explain this to him'
"Okay, you see, uhhh... okay how do I work this without it sounding weird"
While she was distracted, he picked up the notebook and showed it to her. She sighed in defeat, turning even redder.
"Yeah, just look at the title of the charts inside..."
He looked down and opened the book and then immediately closed it and set it down on the table again.
