Under pressure

Chapter 31

Her senses came rushing back to her all at once when I have was placed around her neck. (Y/n) saw Midoriya running towards her and in a desperate attempt to get to him, she reached out her arm and tried to jump forward, but was held back.

Realizing how bad it was, she started to struggle against the villains hold, but was slowly being taken back. She kept her arm outstretched, and (Y/n) saw Shoto start to come for it. Right before he was able to trap her hand, she was pulled all the way through the portal and knocked to the ground, the floor was hard wood and she was rendered unconscious.

He was so close, Shoto was so close to getting her, getting her back. (Y/n) was taken right infront of his eyes, the portal closed, and he collapsed to the ground. He rolled over on his back to catch his breath and all Shoto could do for a few moments was look up at the stars, the same stars that the two of them looked at when they first started to hang out together, the same ones they were under when they kissed for the first time.

He saw the smoke rising, polluting the beautiful sky and heard Midoriya scream. He sat up and kept his head down, Ochaco and Tsu stumbling onto the scene. Shoto was silently crying, and refused to say a word.

Only when he visited the hospital for the second time, visiting Midoriya when he woke up, was he able to snap out of his daze. All over the news he saw reporters saying how UA was irresponsible and dangerous, he was about to a breaking point when he over heard Yaoyarozu saying how she put a tracker on one of the villains.

When the class was met up, they discussed saving the two themselves.

"This is dangerous, we shouldn't be doing this"

While Tsu loved her friend, she didn't want to get in the pro hero's way so she voiced her concerns along with some of her other classmates. No one but Kirishima was completely set on finding the villians. Shoto agreed with him to meet outside the hospital that night, so as they were waiting, when the two boys saw Midoriya and Yaoyarozu approaching, excitement washed over them.

Before they could start to plan though, Iida showed up and started to lecture them.

"I care about all of our classmates, not just Bakugou, what if you four get hurt and can't use your bodies anymore, what then?"

"But we're not planning on fighting"

Kirishimas words shocked Iida.

They discussed more about when they were planning and eventually, they were on a train heading to Camino ward, where the villians were tracked to by Yaoyarozu.

'Just hold on (Y/n), I'm coming to get you'

Waking up tied to a chair, both (Y/n) and Bakugou stared at the league of villians infront of them.

"So sleeping beauty finally decided to get up, lovely, now we can finally give you our pitch"

The, hand villian, Shigaraki, spoke up first and inform the two about their mission to take down hero society.

"The second a hero gets a pay check, that's when they stop becoming a hero."

She rolled her eyes at this.

"So what do you say, would you two like to join the league of villains?"

"Go throw yourself into traffic"

"Yeah I'd rather actually drink bleach then join you guys"

Arriving in the Camino ward, they got into disguises and noticed that their teacher, and their principle was on TV.

As the press conference moved along, the tension in the crowd thickened, people were losing faith in the hero's fast. Having had enough, the group started to follow the tracker to the nomu once more.

Making their way to a warehouse, they peered inside a window they were able to find. Midoriya and Kirishima gasped once they saw what was inside. Dozens and dozens of Nomu being incubated.

"Untie out guests, if they're going to be apart of the league, they should be treated with respect"

Restrains lose, (Y/n) casually put her hands into her pockets, thanking herself immensely when she felt a few of her training needles inside. She sensed Bakugou was about to attack, when Shigaraki started to approach the two.

She saw Bakugou, only for a moment lift his hand, and it was her signal to throw two of her needles at one of the villians stomachs, and once they were hunched over, their nape, as an explosion was set off behind her.

(Y/n) kept the needles between her fingers and assessed her surroundings.

'We have to get to the back door'

"Compress, put them to sleep"

He walked towards them and they prepared to attack once more, when a knock at the door came.

"Pizza delivery"

A moment of confusion struck the air when all of the sudden, the wall was broken through by the hero's. Restraining the villians, (Y/n) and Bakugou saw All Might.

"You two must have been scared, good job for staying strong!"

"I WASNT SCARED"

(Y/n) breathed a sigh of relief, releasing tension in her shoulder she didn't know was there in the first place. Bakugou and her didn't say a word to each other the entire time they were kidnapped, they didn't need to. Sediments we're never Bakugou's thing, and  (Y/n) wasn't really friends with him anyways.

They had a mutual respect for each other's combat ability, but of course this was never said to anybody, that's why when black sludge began to appear and Bakugou flinched, she started to raise her guard.

Kurogiri had been knocked unconscious by edgeshot, so it wasn't his doing. Before (Y/n) could thing, she was once again warped away, consumed by the liquid and transported to another location.
