Chapter 11

"(Y/n)! Come on we need you for a second!"

She was called over by Uraraka and Mina. Standing next to them were the rest of the girls from class 1A along with... Kaminari and Mineta?

'Alright that's a little odd..."

As she joined the group, Yaoyarozu spoke up.

"We're apparently putting on a cheer performance for the sports festival!"

(Y/n) looked at them in confusion.

"Are you sure about that?"

"Yeah, it's coming straight from sensei Aizawa, you can ask him if you'd like but we just wanted to remind you guys"

Mineta spoke up. She looked between the two guys and then back at the time.

'Alright this is weird but we're running out of time and we don't have a performance, Mina and I both know how to dance and it could be fun, what's the worst that could happen?'

Oh boy.

Oh boy how she was wrong.

She looked at the uniform that was passed out and was already flushed red. She averted her eyes from the other girls changing and just put the uniform on. She checked herself out in the mirror and then looked at the others once they were dressed.

"Alright, so we might be a little... revealed right now."

"Yeah, why did we have to do this again"

Jirou was not very happy but (Y/n) continued.

"Hey, but you know what, we look so hot right now it's not even funny!"

She put her hands on her waist and smiled at the group. A previous tension was lifted from the group as the girls started to hype each other up, unbeknownst to them (Y/n) was also feeling just a little embarrassed from the exposed skin, the speech was more for herself if anything but now the whole group was hyped up.

'Two birds with one stone I guess'

"Hey, we still have 10 minutes until we have to get out there, what would you like to do in the meantime?"

Hagakure spoke up first

"We should make plans for after the festival! Maybe we can all have a sleep over, or we could go out again?"

"Yeah that sounds like a great idea"

Time passed quickly as the girls made plans, and soon enough they had decided to all get together to play Just dance the following day, and it was finally time to go.

(Y/n) was never really a fan of people staring at her, sure, when she wanted attention like she did when she was fighting or during the obstacle course, but right now all the fake confidence she had built up earlier was crumbling around herself as she felt the eyes of thousands of people scanning her. It was humiliating.

She covered her waist for a bit of comfort and averted her eyes downward.

'Damnit don't cry don't cry don't cry'

She hated being exposed like this. (Y/n) was a confident person, but this just seemed cruel. She liked all of her classmates, she really did, but the evident lack of respect shown got to her.

'Is that all I am to those two, just a body?'

She tried to block those thoughts out of her head as she looked up, putting on a brave face, she looked up and Mina smiled at her.

'She really makes the best of every situation, I want to be like her'

Mina walked over and grabbed (Y/n)'s hand.

"Hey, you look great okay, fuck what everyone else thinks, let's have fun"

She rolled her shoulders back and began to relax, dancing with Mina. As they were spinning around, something caught Mina's eye and she smirked. She pulled (Y/n) in close and whispered in her ear.

"He's watching you ya know"

A blush became evident on the girls face and she didn't dare look behind her, his blue and grey eyes darting away as quickly as they found her.
