Ibara Shiozaki

She didn't know much about that girl from 1B but what she did know was that she was powerful. She walked into the newly fixed arena, spotting a sharp piece of rubble on the ground and tucking it into her waistband.

'If I cut her hair then she can't use it'

It seemed simple but that was what she came up with. As she faced her, (Y/n) noticed that Todoroki was standing at the entrance, watching the match. She felt a sense of pride wash through her knowing that he wanted to watch her fight. Having more motivation than ever, when the match started she charges at her.

Waved of vines were sent her way and she dodged with the best of her abilities, resorting to slashing them with the rubble only when necessary. She got so close to her before a swift kick was given directly to her stomach.

(Y/n) felt a wave of nausea hit her for only a moment before forcing herself right back on her feet after skidding against the concrete and running back before she had time to attack with her hair once more.

'Okay, I'll just go lower this time'

And that's exactly what she did, keeping low she one again dodged the incoming vines, slashing the ones she needed too and made it to her successfully once again. She slid herself towards her, wrapping one of her legs around her ankle and tripping her. Unfortunately, vines caught her and sent her flying back. She dug the side of her arm into the ground, stopping her before she crossed the boundaries but skinning her entire forearm. (Y/n) winced in pain but this time charged at her aiming for her head.

This continued for a couple minutes, always with the same result, (Y/n) being flung back forcefully and ending up with more bruises, more scrapes, and with even more determination to win. She noticed Shiozakis head begin to have blood trickle down fro the roots of her head.

'Good, she's starting to reach her limit'

Once more she charged at the girl, and just like the first time she received a kick right to her stomach, sending her back with a groan.

Both of them out of breath they looked at each other. For only a moment, a temporary break in the large vines, she saw the other side of the arena, she saw the gate, and she saw Todoroki.

'He's still watching me'

She swallowed thickly and ran. She ran again and again and again, and every time she got sent back. Sure, Shiozaki was reaching her limit, but (Y/n) knew at this rate that she would reach it far sooner than her opponents. After knocking her down and being sent back, she looked at the concrete, slightly damaged from the battle and blood smeared.

'Come on think (Y/n), what's something that we haven't tried yet.'

Then she noticed something, she couldn't tell if her vision was being blurred from the pain and exhaustion spreading throughout her body, but she had no time to debate with herself as she noticed that her opponent rise to her feet, right when she started to see faint specks appear on the floor.

'Pressure points?'

She looked back up at Shiozaki and smirked, wiping blood and sweat from her mouth.

'God I probably look insane right now'

She did, because right after this thought, she gave herself a running start to a front flip, straightening her leg midway through and driving her heel hard into the ground below her. Her smile got even wider when she felt the ground beneath her crack, and she saw the arena underneath her opponent give way, causing her to stumble back.

With one last charge fueled with every last bit of energy in her body, she sprinted at the girl, cutting herself against the thorny vines as she didn't even try to dodge them any more. She lunged at the girl and tackled her to the ground, flipping her over and pressing her nape.

All of the sudden the vines fell from around her and she looked up.

The crowd cheered wildly for her, screaming with applause at the beaten and bloodied girl who sat, out of breath as she wiped blood from her nose.

Only she wasn't looking at them, she wasn't basking in the glory of the applause, the approval from the crowd, she wasn't focused on her teacher proclaiming her success on making it to the semi finals or the hot woman waving the flag signalling that the match was over.

Instead she looked at the boy who still stood in the door way to the arena, staring at her in absolute shock.

She undid the pressure point and stood up, stumbling over the broken ground and her own injuries, and she pushed her hair out of her face that stuck to her with sweat and grime.

She was disgusting, uniform ripped, sweating madly, bruised and bloody, and yet she stood their smiling at him. And her smile was the most terrifying and alluring thing he had ever seen. Todoroki could have sworn he was starting at a different girl whenever she fought.

But he was wrong, she was the same girl who offered him a seat at lunch, the same girl who taught him to cook Motza ball soul, the same girl who held his hand when he was upset, the same girl who kissed his knuckles just hours earlier. She was the same girl, but she often forgot that we was absolutely fucking terrifying when she fought, she was powerful, she was accurate, she did not appear to have any limit when it car to energy, and she was staring directly at him, as if to warn him to be ready for his next match.

That when she fought him next she would not hold back, that he wouldn't either, and that she couldn't wait.

And he knew right then that (Y/n) allured him.
