"So, tell me some things about yourself?" Kokichi asked as the two walked to school.

Shuichi said, "Well, when I was 5, I used to think that the Earth was flat."

"What. The. Fuck. What in the flying fuck!?" Kokichi shouted.

"Yeah, ridiculous right? Thank god one of my friends explained to me why it isn't flat," Shuichi chuckled.

"You .." Kokichi shook his head.

"I can't believe you. I will never look you in the eyes ever again," Kokichi jokingly frowned.

"No, please, you can take my first grade math test which I failed," Shuichi joked.

"How could you 𝘧𝘢𝘪𝘭 a first grade math test!?" Kokichi screamed.

Shuichi replied, "I forgot what 5 × 5 was."

"What did you put for the answer?" Kokichi asked.

"Don't tell anyone but," Shuichi chuckled, "55."

Kokichi laughed, "Wow, what a genius move of yours there, Shuichi. I am so proud. What's next, you put '72' for 7 × 2?"

"I did that, actually .. Don't tell anyone," Shuichi covered his face, embarassed.

"Holy crap!" A masculine voice was heard which interrupted the two.

Kokichi and Shuichi just stayed silent for a couple minutes, until Kokichi soon burst in laughter.

"I didn't know that. Oh my go—" Kaito shouted. However, his voice was interrupted by another voice, "Leave him alone, Kaito."

"Nonononon, just let him scream in shock!" Kokichi laughed.

"Kokichi!" Shuichi said in embarrassment, bumping his shoulder.

"Okay, okay," Kokichi let out a small chuckle in defeat.

"Now, what happened here?" A green-haired male, taller than both Kokichi and Shuichi, stepped in the conversation.

"Rantaro! You gotta hear this, Shuic—" Kokichi's voice was muffled as Shuichi covered the other's mouth with his hand.

"Aha, nothing, hi? Um, we should get going now. Bye," Shuichi awkwardly left the conversation, dragging Kokichi with him.

By the time Shuichi finally let Kokichi breathe, they were in right in front of the door to Hope's Peak.

"Finally — oh — god. You — could've — made me suffocate, Shuichi!" Kokichi said in between gasps for air, pretending to be offended.

"I'm sorry, I just cannot stand more than 3 people knowing that," Shuichi apologized

"That was a lie though. I'm honestly not even the 𝘴𝘭𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘦𝘴𝘵 bit offended," Kokichi laughed.

Shuichi sighed in relief.

"Good morning, Saihara-Kun! Class hasn't started yet," Kaede greeted Shuichi kindly.

"Hi, Kaede," Shuichi smiled, "Good morning."

"Is that .. Cockitchy!? With Pooichi!?" Miu gasped.

Kokichi whispered, "Fuck you, Shuichi, now we need to come up with an excuse."

I rolled my eyes and said, "We had to do a project together."

"Uh huh," Kokichi mumbled, obviously not paying attention to what Shuichi just said.

"Wait, Kokichi, please explain why you didn't take the route to your house yesterday? I got worried. I almost thought you got kidnapped," Kiibo asked.

"Care to help me out?" Kokichi whispered.

"Just say you went to get a snack or whatever — something like that." Shuichi sighed.

"I went to get a snack, Kiiboy, no biggie!" Kokichi lied.

"Oh, okay!" Kiibo smiled.

Everything was going fine — until a deep voice was heard from the back row, "You're lying."

"Whaat? Are you accusing ME of lying!?" Kokichi frowned.

"Obviously. Now where were you?" Maki asked as he shot a death glare at Kokichi.

"You know what, I give up. He was at my house doing the project yesterday," Shuichi sighed.

Kokichi rolled his eyes, "I absolutely hate you."

"But I don't get it, why would he lie about something like that?" Kaede asked.

"Embarrassment, probably. I mean, isn't it quite 𝘳𝘰𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘤 for Kokichi to stay at another guy's house?" Rantaro snickered while Shuichi covered his face with his hat to hide his blush.

"Shut the fuck up. I can expose everything you did with Korekiyo right here, right now," Kokichi hid his face in embarrassment while Rantaro surrendered and shut himself up.

"Awe, Cockitchy and Pooichi are embarrassed!" Miu laughed, "Did you guys make out?"

"No!" Kokichi shouted.

"But you slept wi—" Shuichi was once again, cut off, but this time Kokichi covered Shuichi's mouth with his hands instead.

"Haha, very funny Shuichi," Kokichi shot him a death glare until he finally let Shuichi breathe.

"AHH! Yousleptwithhimyousleptwithhimyousleptwithhim!?" Tsumugi screamed in excitement.

"Awwhh! Cockitchy has a boyfriend!" Miu shouted.

"Oh my god! Shuichi! That's adorable, why didn't you tell me you had a boyfriend, that's so cute!" Kaede squealed.

"No, you've got it all wrong. I 𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 have a boyfriend," Kokichi said with a poker face.

"I don't know if I hate you or I love you," Shuichi shook his head as he turned to Kokichi.

Kokichi sighed, "I honestly don't know either. You suck, but not as much as the others, I guess."

And just like that, the teacher came in and the day went normally.
