Kiara's House:
"Someone is on the door for you Kiara", the maid came to Kiara's room, who was watching the third season of Stranger Things.
"Ok, I will check. Thank you", said Kiara as she shut down her laptop, got off the bed, wore her slippers, and went downstairs.
Grant was standing on her door, and she came running to him, saying, "What are you doing here?"
"I just came to talk about something", answered Grant.
"But I don't want to talk with you. Is there anything remaining to say?"
"I know, but I just wanted to say sorry first of all for whatever bullshit I did."
Kiara folded her hands and rolled her eyes. "If you are done then just leave."
"Don't you love Liam?"
"What has Liam got to do with this?"
"Everything is about Liam. So tell me, Kiara. Don't you love him?"
"Listen, I do love him, but I also know that he is not interested in me. So I can't do anything."
"Do you really love him or do you just want to sleep with him?"
"Shhh", shushed Kiara. "Are you out of your mind? What if someone hears this?"
"Ok, then I will just whisper", whispered Grant. "Do you want to sleep with him?"
"That is none of your business, Grant. You just go from here", said Kiara as she pointed her index finger to the main gate.
"Fine. I will just leave", saying that Grant turned around and left.
Just as he went, Kiara shut the door and rushed to her room.
Hollerith's Dine, New Jersey
"I made a reservation for three", said Darien to a waiter, and he guided Darien, Amber, and Liam to the table which was reserved for them.
"So check the menu and eat whatever you want. Ok, Liam?" said Darien, handing Liam the menu.
Hollerith's Dine is a very expensive restaurant in New Jersey and it is on the 17th floor of a building. A clear view of New Jersey and New York can be seen from there. Although Liam was with Darien, he enjoyed the ambiance of that place as they were on the terrace with nothing but just a clear night sky filled with stars above them. Liam could feel the cold breeze that tickled his face, but as he was wearing a thick black woolen jacket, it wasn't that cold. Also, it was the month of November and the first snow could fall anytime.
"Did you decide what you are going to eat?", asked Amber to Liam.
Liam hesitantly said, "I need to check again... um ratatouille, yeah ratatouille."
"Okay, anything else?", asked Darien.
"No, Mr. Darien. I will just order that now", said Liam. "And yeah a red Oreo milkshake".
"Okay son", said Darien and he called the waiter and gave them the order.
The food arrived after some time, and they started eating.
"So, Amber, have you decided where we are getting married?" asked Darien holding Amber's hand.
Liam took a glance at them and was feeling a bit embarrassed and sad.
"I don't know. But I would love to get married on an island. A secluded place, peaceful where only we and our family are there", answered Amber.
"Well, then maybe we have to get married in the Bahamas then", giggled Darien.
"That would be great. The Bahamas Islands, wow", said Amber excitedly. "What do you think about The Bahamas, son?"
"I think it is great", said Liam as he dropped his spoon and drank a glass of water. "Very beautiful place, that is."
"Then the Bahamas it is", said Darien as he kissed Amber.
"I will be back in a minute. Gotta take some pictures", said Liam as he stood up and went to the other side of the building.
He kept both his hands on the railing and started crying in a soft voice, and recalled those happy memories that he had with Amber and Yulian together. But now it is not possible for that moment to arrive again, and he has to accept his fate and his new father.
The ocean waves started to get higher as the night was taking its peak, and the moon was very much visible. Liam looked at the moon and said, "It must be so peaceful there, right? I wish I could just settle down with everything in my life."
He rubbed his tears and went back to sit with his mother and Darien, and they enjoyed the dinner.
Grant's Dormitory:
It was early 7 am in the morning, and Grant's phone started to ring.
Rubbing his eyes, he stretched his hands to take the phone from the side table, and without looking at whose call it was, he just said, "Hello!"
"Grant, it is me, Kiara. I need to talk to you. Arrive at Labyrinth Cafe in 30 minutes. I will be waiting for you there."
"What!", said Liam and before he could ask anything, she cut the phone.
So, Grant got up and went to take a shower and Dave was already there.
"Come in", said Dave, and they both took a shower together.
Labyrinth Cafe:
Grant arrived at the cafe at around 8 am and he looked around to see Kiara sitting at a table waiting for him. He approached her and sat opposite her.
"Why have you called me here?" asked Grant.
"Let's get to the point. So, yesterday you came to my house to tell me something related to Liam, right? I want to know what it was that you were trying to say", said Kiara looking directly at him.
"So, now you are interested. Did you masturbate thinking about Liam yesterday?"
"Shut the fuck up. Just tell me."
"Ok, Kiara. So you know that it was because of Liam that I got expelled from the school and you got suspended."
"Ay yo! What are you saying? It was not Liam's fault. It was your own fucking fault."
"Ok, fine. It was my fault. But how can Liam get away like this? If his dad is a trustee of the school, couldn't he convince his dad to get me back? But he didn't. So, I want revenge."
Kiara laughed out and said, "Revenge! Are you serious? What will you do? Destroy him?"
"Something more than that."
"So you wanted me to be a part of your revenge?"
"Yes. I want your help."
Kiara got up, took her bag, and said, "You do whatever you want, but I have nothing to do with it."
Grant held her hand and said, "Please, Kiara, help me. I know you love him and you want to feel him inside you, right? I am doing both of us a favor."
She decided to listen and sat down. "So, what's the plan?"
Grant gave an evil look to Kiara while rubbing both his hands together.
