Ravaging

Kiara is left openmouthed and now she is scared as Hannah knows the truth. She immediately runs behind Hannah so that she can try to explain her.

In the corridor, Kiara comes to Hannah and holds her hand.

"I can explain this, Hannah", says Kiara.

"There is nothing to explain. You are a criminal, Kiara. I can't believe that I was your friend", says Hannah.

"It is not what you think it is."

"So why is that Grant calling you?"

"I don't know why he called me."

"Oh well! I think I know because both of you raped Liam."

Kiara is left in awe and as she has got no defense, slaps Hannah. "Shut up!"

Just as Hannah takes out her phone to call the police, both of them are stunned to see a woman looking at them in the corridor.

"Mom!", exclaims Kiara.

"You did what?", asks Cathy, who just came back from a fashion week in London. She came without a notice to surprise her daughter, but she is herself surprised to know what her daughter did.

Cathy walks towards Kiara and slaps her and grabs her shoulder, and starts shaking her violently. "What did you do", yells Cathy.

"Mom, I can explain", cries Kiara

"No, you can't."

"I, I-"

"My daughter is a rapist. That's what I am hearing."

"Mom, it's not like that."

"Is it true? Did you rape someone?"

"Mom, let me explain."

"Did you rape someone?"

"Mom, I-"

"Did you fucking rape someone?"

"Yes. Yes, I did", confesses Kiara as she sobs.

"Lets go to the police."

"What", Kiara is stunned. "No, mom you can do this to your daughter."

"You are no daughter of mine. A rapist cannot be my daughter."

Cathy pulls Kiara as she resists. Hannah is watching everything in silence and even she cannot believe that her friend can do something like that.

Cathy and Kiara are on the edge of the stairs and Cathy pulls down Kiara, but as they try to resist each other, Kiara accidentally pushes Cathy, and she rolls down the stairs and falls unconscious.

Now, Kiara is thunderstruck with what she just did and just sits down on the stairs numb with tears rolling down.

Hannah is left widemouthed as it was too much for her to see all of this. She calls 911 as Cathy is on the ground senseless with blood all over.

Liam's House, Brooklyn:

Darien wakes up and his head is spinning. He looks around and doesn't find anyone. He feels that everything has ended and now Amber knows his truth. Just then, he gets a call from the hospital and is informed about Cathy. Darien is now tensed with the new situation that has arised, so he rushes to the hospital.

New York Police Department:

Liam confesses everything and also tells all the missing details about Kiara's involvement from Alba's statement. He also exposes Darien and tells how he was silenced and what he planned to do with Yulian. Nelly also arrives there and tells how she was blackmailed by Darien.

Amber is left flabbergasted after knowing Darien's truth and regrets loving him. She cries out saying, "How could I trust that monster?"

Yulian hugs Amber and says, "It's okay. It's not your fault."

Lenox Hill Hospital:

Cathy is comatozed and Kiara is sitting beside her in the bed. She is still not able to speak anything as she realizes how much of damage she has done.

Darien rushes in and is shocked to see Cathy in that situation. However, as the damage can be done anytime by Liam, he immediately grabs Kiara out of the room and says, "We must go."

"Why?", asks Kiara.

"Look, just trust me okay. I will not let anything happen to you. We must leave as fast as we can."

"I don't want to go."

"Kiara, honey, listen. I know you don't want to leave your mother but we have to go. There is going to be a lot of ravaging now."

"Then you go", screams Kiara and everyone on the hall looks at them "I am tired, dad. I am tired. I don't want to do this anymore. What are we trying to hide? Yes, I raped that boy. I tried to kill him, I damaged him. This is what we are trying to hide?"

Darien shushes Kiara and whispers, "Kiara, what are you saying?"

"I am done. I am ready to give up."

Darien hears the police sirens and grabs Kiara's hand to take her away, but she refuses to leave. She just stand idle without saying anything. At this point, Darien just runs away leaving Kiara and the cops see him running. Kiara is handcuffed and taken outside the hospital.

Darien runs frantically and the a group of police chases him. They leave the periphery of the hospital and reaches the busy streets. He jumps over the fences and crosses the roads without caring about the signals. Just as he was about to cross another street, he is hit by a car slightly and falls down, after which the cops are finally able to get a hold of him, and he just lies there hopelessly knowing that everything has ended.
