                       Chapter 11: 600 words

Y/n Pov:

I arrived outside where the breeze was warm, A few small clouds were scattered across the blue sky, and the sun was bright. I squinted my eyes at the view of the blinding sun that of course had to be right in the way of my view.

Not sure what to do now, I scanned the Area looking for Kazuha. Maybe he could at least accompany me if he'd just get down from the top of that sail beam. I laughed a bit and walked over to the sail beam where Kazuha sat like every day so far. Though this time he seemed aggravated.

Kazuha Pov:

I let out a long sigh of annoyance and clicked the pen one final time before throwing it to the floor. I folded my arms and rested my head against the beam supporting my back.

Y/n pov:

I watched as the boy who was full of irritation aggressively clicked the pen and threw it to the floor, he folded the piece of paper and put it back into his pocket, and crossed his arms as he closed his eyes, he seemed very frustrated.

I watched as the pen hit the floor right in front of me. I smirked and bent down to pick up the pen,

"Throwing pens at people now are we~?"

I stood up with the pen as the boy opened his eyes to looks at me. I took a small pause,

"And pouting too? You sure are childish aren't you?"

I chuckled, crossed one of my arms, and held the pen up for him to see with my other hand.

The boy smiled and laughed a bit,

"Mmmm Sorry, got a little carried away it seems."

"It's alright, seems you've got a temper though"

"Yeah yeah"

We both laughed as I leaned against the sail beam.

"Hey how about you get down here, shouting isn't that pleasant"

I smiled at Kazuha and he smiled back,

"Your right, how rude of me."

He smirked and lifted himself up and jumped off the sail beam, landing right in front of me on his feet with ease.

We both walked over to the railing and leaned against it. Kazuha started the conversation,

"Hmm I've been thinking and I realized I don't know much about you, Y/n."

"True."

"Well then, I'm listening." The boy turned to me and rested his chin in his palm.

"You want to know more about me? And where I'm from?" I pointed to myself in confusion.

"Mhm"

"Alright then."

The boy smiled and started listening. I sighed and turned to him.

"Well, starting with the obvious, I'm a pyro sword user, and uhh I'm from Mondstadt. And well my parents aren't around anymore. I did have a few friends there, a house, plenty of food... but I wasn't really happy to be honest. Mondstadt is a beautiful nation,.. but I wanted to see teyvat beyond Mondstadt's borders...so I left. I came to Liyue, searching for a journey. And it turns out I found one right here on this ship."

The boy just kinda stared at me, directly into my eyes.

"Interesting. Well you certainly have a better story than I do."

"Oh really? How so?"

The boy sighed and turned to the water.

"Well, It's a long story.."

"I'm all ears."

The boy laughed and he smiled a bit,

"That's a story for another time... and besides, Beidou would like to see us in her office. Though she didn't leave even a clue as to why."

"Oh- well that's lovely"
