~Chapter 30~ for 30k reads!!

Y'all I have an obsession with making Kazuha say "love" or "my love" and I'm afraid I use it way to often-
Also the insane urge to make them Kiss every time Kazuha opens his damn mouth is absolutely destroying me rn. 🙁

Also there was no way I was going to proofread this at 2am so I apologize for any mistakes.

After I gave in, Kazuha and I slept in for a little while longer. I woke up once more in his arms. One of his arms wrapped around my waist, his hand gently placed on my back, holding me close to his chest. the other on the back of my head. Every now and then his finger tips softly glided through my hair.

I rested my hand against his chest and my other rested under my head on the pillow. Every time I inhaled I was intoxicated with Kazuha's sweet scent. I yawned as I rested my head against his chest. "Oh? Goodmorning, again"

"Oh, so now you're awake?" Kazuha laughed while he gently twirled a piece of my hair around his finger. "Don't lie, you enjoyed getting the extra sleep."

"Yeah Yeah, whatever. You're lucky I'm cold, and you're sure as hell lucky you're warm."

"Oh? And Why's that? Otherwise you wouldn't be cuddling your boyfriend? I see how it is."
Kazuha  turned around the opposite way, his back facing me now as if he was hurt. Once Kazuha turned over I immediately felt cold, and a bit guilty.

"Kazuha, I didn't mean it like that!" I reached over and shook his arm as I propped myself up with one elbow, peering over at him.

And just as expected, I heard that soft chuckle of his while he turned over to face me. He grabbed my face and gently placed a kiss on my lips.

"I know." I rolled my eyes and lied back down while Kazuha wrapped his arms around me once more. "I know that you can't deny my affection no matter how hard you try, because you know you love it"
I buried my face in his chest,
"Stop making assumptions"

"Whatever you say love. How about we go get lunch"

"But what about breakfast?"
Kazuha laughed,
"It's far too late for breakfast dear"

"Kaedahara Kazuha, what time is it?"

"11:30"

"Are you kidding me?"

"Nope. Now, let's get moving, I know a place we can get a table outside, The weather is perfect today."
I rolled my eyes as Kazuha got out of bed and I followed after him, entering the bathroom first.
I changed clothes and brushed my hair out before brushing my teeth and then exited the bathroom for Kazuha to go in and get ready next.

"You ready?" Kazuha asked as he shut the bathroom door behind him when he got out. And reached for a hair tie on the desk. "Mhm"

"Good. Let's go" kazuha said as he tied his hair up with the band while holding the door open for me.
I stopped by the railing to wait Kazuha as he shut and locked the door behind him. Once we made it down the stairs we stopped at the desk to pay for another night at the inn, which of course Kazuha refused to let me pay for yet again.

Kazuha and I walked the short distance back to Liyue harbor while holding hands. Kazuha was right, because the weather was perfect. It was partially cloud, yet sunny and warm. And a slight, and calm collected breeze passed by every now and then.

"And, here we are" Kazuha brought me to the local restaurant and pulled out my chair for me. Kazuha sat across me at the table and he passed me a menu.
"Do you know what you want?" Kazuha asked while he browsed the menu.
"Nope, too many options. I'll just get the same as you. I trust you, and trying something new won't hurt."

Kazuha peered at me over his menu with a smile while I had already set mine aside. "Very well" Kazuha closed his menu as well and stacked it with mine.

After a few more minutes of talking with Kazuha, The waitress arrived at our table with a notepad and pen in her hand. "Apologies for the wait you guys, how may I serve you today?" She approached us with a cheerful smile and welcoming attitude.

Kazuha told the waiter what he wanted as she wrote down his order on the notepad. When she turned over to me for my order I responded with, "make that two, please." She nodded with a smile, "Allrighty, I'll have your food out soon!" She clicked her pen and Kazuha handed her the menus for her to take up.

Not long after, The waitress came back with our dishes and placed them in front of us. "Can I get you anything else?" Kazuha shook his head, "We're good, Thank you." Kazuha smiled while handing her some mora for the meal. She nodded before walking away to serve some other customers.

Kazuha and I began to eat our food while talking every now and then. "So, did you like it?"
"Are you kidding? It's really good." I Nodded while taking another bite. "I'm glad." Kazuha smiled while he continued to eat his food as well.

Once we finished the waitress came by to pick up our dished and wish us a good day. "Ready my love?" I nodded with a smile as Kazuha got up from his seat and took my hand in his to help me up and we were on our way.

Kazuha and I spent the rest of the day strolling around, doing commissions and other stuff until we eventually stopped at a tree to sit down and wait til sunset.

Kazuha sat down on the grass under the tree, inviting me to sit with him. "I'm starting to think you like sitting under trees around sunset, not sure though." Kazuha laughed while I sat down next to him. "What can I say, There's nothing better than watching the sunset on a cool day."
Kazuha paused and reached for my hand to hold, "especially if I'm with you."

"You don't mean that.."
"Sure I do." Kazuha said while placing light kisses along the back of my hand while placing his fingers between mine.

"I wish we could do this every single day"

"Trust me I wish we could too.. more than anything.. If only we had more time.."

"More time for what exactly?"
"I mean like.. more time to watch the sunset together"
Kazuha's expression turned a bit worried, "Then why do you appear to be so down?".

Because I don't want this to end.

I looked down at the blades of grass,
"It's nothing, I don't want to spoil the moment Kazuha."

Kazuha gave me a reassuring smile before reaching over with his opposite hand to light grab my chin, "Nothing can spoil the moment Love. whatever it is, you can tell me. You know that right?"
I placed my hand on the side of his face, "Of course I know that, It's just not that important at the moment. What matters right now is this."

Kazuha smiled, "Of course, We'll be able to work through it. I promise."
I nodded before Kazuha pulled me in for a soft Kiss.

"There's no need to worry."
I rested my head on Kazuha's shoulder while we watched the remaining time left of the sunset.
