After four days straight of constant nagging and begging, I finally agreed to go to the concert. Charlie and I had hardly left each others sides since we met, and now, we stood in the pit of the small venue the boys were performing in. "I can't believe you didn't wanna come!" Charlie yells over the music, and I shrug. "It's been a weird couple months." I yell back, and she nods while dancing along to 'my way, soon'.

"So you like their music?" I ask with a grin, and she looks over at me. "I love it. Do you think they're gonna play light my love?" She asks curiously, and I shrug, "Not sure. Let me see what I can do." I wiggle my eyebrows at her, making her laugh. I adored her laugh. After they finished 'my way, soon', I waved my arms frantically at Josh. Since it was a small venue, he saw me almost immediately. I made hand gestures for 'light my love' by pointing at a light on stage, then to myself, then making a heart with my hands.

Josh gives me a smile before nodding. He turns to the others, probably telling them to play it, before turning back to the crowd. "This one isn't on the setlist, but it's dedicated to the most wonderful girl I've ever known." Josh says, and the crowd begins screaming. I grinned, and Charlie takes my hand in hers, "That's so cute." She says, making me smile. I watched as Sam began the first notes on the piano, and I tried to remember it wasn't about him. It was about the music, and being here because the twins wanted me to be. I turn to Charlie, starting to sing the lyrics to her. "Your mind is a stream of colors," I sing horribly, and she grins at me, probably not being able to hear me over Josh.

"Extending beyond our sky... A land of infinite wonders.." I sing directly to her, but before I could belt the next line, she grabbed my face. She pulled me in, pressing her lips to mine. I wrapped my arms around her, smiling into the kiss as I pulled her closer. I almost completely forgot we were surrounded by hundreds of people, but with Josh singing, and her lips on mine, I didn't care about anything else.

She pulled away suddenly when the piano faltered, messing up the song. I looked up, seeing Sam walking off of the stage as the other boys exchanged confused looks. He'd left in the middle of the song. They tried their best to continue the song without the piano, but that wasn't exactly a song that could go without it. They ended up cutting it short. "My apologies, everyone. We're going to take a quick break. Um.. everyone turn to your left and introduce yourself." Josh says quickly, setting the microphone back on the stand before following Jake and Danny backstage.

"I hope he's okay." Charlie says, furrowing her eyebrows. "Who walks off stage in the middle of a song? What the hell is wrong with him?" I say, annoyed. Whether or not he walked off because he saw me and Charlie, I didn't know. But either way, it was screwed up to stop playing and leave halfway through the song. He just screwed the other boys over for no reason. "Come on." I mumble, grabbing her hand and pulling her with me over to the security guard. He raises an eyebrow at me, and I squint at him. "Rob, we've met like a thousand times. I'm friends with the band."

"Oh, you!" He says, his expression changing like he just had a revelation. "Right this way, Ally." He opens up the barrier for us to get through. "It's Alex." Charlie corrects, making me smile a little. "I've known him for, like, 6 years, and he's never remembered my name. He called me Albert one time, and I think he was serious." She bursts out laughing, following me backstage. I had never been to this venue before, so it took a minute for me to find the dressing rooms. I had apparently interrupted a fight, because they all stopped yelling the second I walked in.

"How did you even get back here?" Sam says, giving me an annoyed look. "Why the hell did you do that?" I ask, ignoring his question. "Charlie, can you wait outside for a second?" I turn to her, putting a hand on her shoulder and sighing. She nods, "Mmhm." She hums with a smile before leaving the room, shutting the door. I turn back to Sam, "Are you seriously that fucking selfish that you have to ruin the whole song and screw over the band just because you got a little upset?" I didn't even think to confirm that me and Charlie kissing was what had upset him, but it was so obvious that I felt like I didn't need to.
