Just as I'm about to give up. The ice from inside the capsule begins to vanish and the front glass rolls down and out of sight.

I quickly, and somehow, manage to stand up onto my feet again, the hope that Bucky might be alright after all becomes my only fuel of energy.

Bucky grasps for air and falls forward. I catch him in my arms and he clings to me to help balance himself. I wrap my arms around him in a tight embrace.

At first he seemed shocked and unfocused, almost hazed. But eventually huges me back tighter, with his only arm, a hint of a smile plastered on his lips.

"Doll, are you alright?" He asks upset with concern when he sees my tear soaked face.

"I thought you left me," I mutter. "All alone."

"No. God no. Y/n I would never leave you, ever. I promise you I'll never leave you." He pulls me closer to his chest, resting his head on my hair. I squeeze my arms around his waist. "I needed you," I whisper into the fabric of his shirt.

"I'm so sorry. I never meant to leave you I swear. I told them to wake me the second something happened to you, or if you woke up."

At his words I pull away from him and turn around to face everyone with a death glare. "No other exceptions to that rule, huh? Liars!" I spit out.

They stay silent, not knowing how to answer. I tilt my head to the side, an angry, terrifying smile plastered on my face. "You're all lucky the Winter Soldier program in me is triggered by specific words and not by my anger or you'd all be dead now."

After moments of even more awkward silence I turn back to face Bucky again. "And you should have told me about this before," I tell him, my anger softening when I meet his steel blue eyes.

"I'm sorry," He mutters, facing the ground in front of his shoes. "I- I just- I can't trust myself. I can't trust that I won't kill someone without you there to stop me. And you where out for more then a month, I missed you so-so much."

"I'm here now," I promise him, garbing his hand and holding it tight in mine. "And yi'm not leaving either."

"You should really get some sleep. And in a proper bed." Bucky suggests, genuine concern plastering his festures.

"Let's get her back to our building and get her situated in a room, shall we?" Steve says with a warm smile, somehow more comfortable around me now that I'm no longer angry.

"Our building?" I question glancing around at everyone.

"Mhm-" Bucky hums. "King T'Challa offered us one of his empty buildings to stay in, for all the wanted ex-Avengers, it's safer for us that way."

"Well, except for Natasha, we don't know where she is," Steve adds.

"Natasha Romanoff? Like as in the Black Widow? What did she do to become a wanted woman?" I question.

"She let us get away instead of arresting us and taking us to prison. And she assaulted the king of Wakanda. That's considered a crime, so now she's in hiding, somewhere," Bucky explains.

"So Wanda, Clint, Scott and Sam are all here in Wakanda?" I ask.

"Yes," Steve answers and I catch myself smiling slightly. But as soon as I noticed it I whipped it from my face. I can't get my hopes up again. I can't trust them yet.
