Chapter 14: Wedding day

Narrator pov:
"Asta, wake up! We have to get ready for today!" Yelled Noelle. Asta who was half asleep started turning on his bed, "Just a couple more minutes." Said Asta in a sluggish tone. "We don't have much time, so I'll just have to do it the hard way." Said Noelle throwing a water ball at Asta. The water ball completely soaked Asta who jolted up from his bed, "What the fuck!" Yelled Asta. "Finally you're awake. Now take a bath and get changed the wedding will start in two hours." Said Noelle. Asta looked up at to see Noelle, his vision was still a little blurry but soon he saw something that left him speechless. "N-n-noelle." Asta managed to say. "What?" Asked Noelle. After a few seconds Asta managed to say "Your hair! It's- what did you do to it?" Asked Asta. "I got it curled with the help of Nebra, how does it look?" Noelle asked. "Amazing." Was all Asta said while staring at Noelle. "Don't look at me so much!" Said Noelle shyly. "Uh sorry." Said Asta getting out of his trance. "It's just the first time I've seen you like that." Asta added. "Well, go get bathed and changed. We don't have much time, I have to do my makeup and wear my dress." Said Noelle leaving the room. Asta got up from his bed and went to his bathroom. After a quick bath he wore the tuxedo he bought two days ago. Asta walked up to the mirror and started making his hair. "Should I try something different?" The boy asked himself. Asta picked up a comb and started to comb his hair to the right, but no matter how hard the boy tried his hair remained the usual spiky. "I guess I shouldn't waste time with my hair, doing hair is for girls anyway." Said Asta putting the comb away. "I guess today wouldn't be a good day to wear my usual headband. At least my bracelet goes well with my clothes." Thought the boy looking at the bracelet. Asta looked at his clock showing the time was ten AM, "I have an hour left, I wonder if Liebe can actually be at the wedding instead of hiding in our pockets." Thought Asta. Asta left his room and went down the the living room, there he saw Solid and Liebe who was in his small form wearing a mini tuxedo. "So, you actually dressed up?" Asked Asta. "Yeah. Nozel told me to stay in my small form, but if anyone asks I just say I'm the spirit of anti-magic or something." Answered Liebe. "About time you can actually enjoy any type of gathering." Said Asta. "Yeah, now I don't have to hide myself anymore." Said Liebe with a smile. "Is Noelle still getting ready?" Asked Asta. "Yes she is. Her and Nebra have been getting ready for three hours." Answered Solid. "Three hours?!" Said Asta shocked. Solid nodded his head, "It took me like an hour to get ready." Asta commented. "Girls usually take longer to get ready." Said Nozel who walked into the living room. "Why's that?" Asked Liebe. "Because unlike us guys, they need to wear makeup and doing their hair takes longer than us guys." Answered Nozel. "Another win for the boys. Guys can get ready much faster than women." Said Asta with a grin. "When will you grow up?" Sighed Nozel. "I don't know." Answered Asta. "We're ready!" Said Noelle who walked into the living room. Noelle was wearing her purple dress, the makeup on her face wasn't too much but it was noticeable. Noelle was wearing an eyeliner, her cheeks were colored a light pink, and she also wore pink lipstick. Nebra was wearing a blue dress, she wore red lipstick, black eyeliner, and had the same tone of pink on her cheeks as Noelle. "Noelle, you're looking really pretty!" Said Asta with amazement. "Of course I'm pretty, I'm royalty!" Said Noelle with a red face. Asta giggled when Noelle said that, he approached Noelle and held her hand. "Since it's a wedding, I'm sure there will be dancing. Let's dance together." Said Asta. "I don't see why not." Said Noelle who clutched onto Astas arm. "Alright then let's get going." Said Nozel. "Where's Ilu?" Asked Liebe. "She's already there, right now she should be with aunt Charlotte and Dorothy finishing her makeup." Answered Nebra. "Why is she there early?" Asked Asta. "Because she's supposed to get ready over there. No one wants the bride to arrive late, so they just do everything there." Answered Nebra. "Oh" said Asta. "Well, let's go. The family of the bride and groom must be early." Said Nozel. The six started to go to the banquet hall. The walk was around twenty minutes. Noelle stayed latching onto Astas arm, and Asta didn't mind one bit. After arriving the six found a table to sit at, currently the place was empty with the exception of servants making the final touches. "Do you think we arrived a little too early?" Asked Asta. "No, more people should be coming in soon. The time was for eleven AM. Right now it's 10:45." Said Nozel. "Who's coming?" Asked Noelle. "The Vermilions, some of the Kiras, several noble houses, and personal friends of Ridder and Ilus." Answered Nozel. "Why only some of the Kiras?" Asked Asta. "Because most of then belong to the magic parliament, and they don't attend to events like these." Answered Nozel. "Oh, I see." Said Asta. Some time passed, the group kept on chatting about everyday things. "What do you guys think the baby will be?" Asked Nebra. "I hope they give me a niece." Answered Nozel. "I want a nephew so I could teach him things only boys can do." Said Asta. "I'll be fine with a boy or girl." Answered Noelle. "Same here." Said Solid. "I hope it's a devil like me." Said Liebe. "Looks like you don't know much about genetics." Said Nozel. "Genetics?" Questioned Liebe. "You'll learn about it later. That reminds me, have you three been keeping up with your studies?" Asked Nozel. "I have, it's not too hard if I'm being honest." Answered Noelle. "I can say the same." Said Liebe. "Uhhh..." was all Asta said. Nozel sighed, "Asta, to be Wizard king you need to have knowledge, and for knowledge you need to keep up with your studies." Said Nozel. "I try, but it's just so boring." Complained the boy. "It doesn't matter if it's boring or not, but it's important." Said Nozel. "Nozel is right." Said a male voice approaching the group. "Uncle Julius, you're here already?" Asked Asta. "Of course I am, I wouldn't wanna be late to a very special day." Said Julius taking a seat. "Good morning wizard king." Greeted Nozel and Nebra. "Don't refer to me as the wizard king today, just call me Julius." Said the wizard king. "Alright then." Said Nebra. Julius sat next to Asta and began to lecture him about why education was important. Asta who was bored out of his mind tried to change the topic so he asked "So, uncle Julius. Have you found that Alexander guy yet?" "I haven't had the time to look for him, I really want to meet him again and maybe recruit him as a magic knight." Answered Julius. "Who's this Alexander?" Asked Nozel. "He's another time magic user. It may seem surprising, but he's also faster than me." Answered Julius. "That's impossible." Said Nozel in disbelief. "It's true, he managed to use his magic is a more efficient way than I do." Said Julius. "He must be very skilled then. But it's hard to believe someone could be faster than you, especially of someone your caliber." Said Nozel. "I saw him fight against Asta, and he dodged his attacks as if they were nothing." Said Julius. "Huh? I thought Asta beat that guy?" Asked Noelle. Asta spat out his drink because he was on the verge of being caught lying. "Oh yeah, Asta nor Liebe had a chance. I'd say he's close to the level of a captain." Answered Julius. "No, I won. I just made it look like he won." Lied Asta. "We definitely lost. Even I hate to admit it, but we were definitely outclassed by him." Said Liebe. "Asta, why did you lie to me?" Asked Noelle glaring at Asta. "I didn't lie, I just twisted the story a bit." Asta lied again. To Astas luck the situation was avoided with Nozels question "Why was this Alexander fighting Asta?" "Alexander stole Astas money and you can imagine what happened next." Answered Julius. "If he stole then why didn't you try to stop him?" Asked Nozel. "His intentions weren't hostile aside from the fact that he almost killed both Asta and Liebe, but he later apologized. To add on, before the fight he saved a little girl from being hurt." Said Julius. "I see, I still think he should be brought in for questioning." Said Nozel. "I agree with that, but he was hard to catch. Let me tell you guys a secret." Said Julius who started to whisper. The group brought their heads closer to Julius so they could hear him whisper. "So when I move fast I use my magic to slow time down; however, Alexander is able to stop time. I've been trying to do that fifteen years and I still can't manage to do so." Whispered Julius. "How do you know he can stop time?" Asked Solid. "When he stops time I can see what he's doing. My guess is that my time magic lets me stay conscious during his spell." Answered Julius. "This is so confusing." Said Asta grabbing his head. "I agree with that." Said Solid. "Well, I think that's enough of this topic. Looks like more guests have arrived." Said Julius looking at the Vermillions enter. "Hi guys!" Greeted Leopold. "Hello everyone. Hi Asta." Said Mimosa with a blush. Noelle got annoyed seeing Mimosa, but Asta grabbed on to her hand to calm her down. Asta knew Noelle easily got jealous even for the smallest things. To Noelles luck, Asta really didn't like any girl the way he liked Noelle. Noelle noticed that Asta grabbed her hand and grew a triumphant smile on her face, to boast about it she waved her hand also raising the other hand Asta was holding. "Hi cousins!" Greeted Noelle. "Hey guys!" Said Asta waving his free hand. "Long time no see brats!" Shouted Mereoleona. "Hello everyone." Said Fuegoleon. "Good morning, how have you guys been?" Asked Nozel. "We've been doing well, and you?" Asked Fuegoleon. "Everyone has been doing well, although these past few days have been busy with the wedding." Answered Nozel. "Well that's good to hear." Said Fuegoleon. "I'm gonna go see Ilu." Said Mereoleona walking away. "I guess I'll go to, I really wanna see her in her dress." Said Nebra joining Mereoleona. "Can I come?" Asked Noelle. "Sure." Answered Nebra. The three walked to Ilus changing room and met Charlotte and Dorothy along with Ilu. "Hi everyone!" Said Noelle. "About time you guys arrived." Said Charlotte. "Oh my. Ilu you look amazing!" Said Noelle with excitement. "You really think so?" Asked Ilu. "That dress looks beautiful on you, and your makeup is really well done." Said Nebra in awe. "Thank you guys. I'm so nervous about all of this." Said Ilu. "You need to calm down Ilu. Don't wanna ruin the most important day of your life." Said Mereoleona. Ilu grew even more nervous at what Mereoleona said, if she slips up her wedding could be a total disaster. "Ilu, no need to be so tense. No matter what happens Ridder will always love you, and all you have to do is just walk down the aisle." Said Dorothy. "You're right. I don't have much to do." Said Ilu calming down a bit. "Are you guys ready?" Said a masculine voice. "Uncle Julius you're here!" Exclaimed Ilu. "Of course I'm here. There's nothing that can stop me from being here." Said Julius. Ilu smiled brightly, Julius was like a father to her after hers passed away. "Thank you for being here." Said Ilu trying not to tear up. "No need to thank me Ilu, I would have come even if you didn't ask me." Said Julius approaching her. "It's almost time to walk down the aisle, you guys should go back to the main hall." Said Julius. "How long has it been since we started talking?" Asked Noelle. "It's been long enough for all the guests to arrive and for Ridder to be at the podium." Answered Julius. "Noelle, I know you've been begging me and Ridder to be the flower girl, so take this." Said Ilu handing Noelle a basket full of flowers. "Yay! Thank you so much Ilu!" Exclaimed Noelle. "Well, we should get going." Said Charlotte. Soon everyone, but Julius and Ilu followed. "You ready Ilu?" Asked Julius. "I'm just so excited." Answered Ilu. "Well, you better calm down quick. We don't have much time left." Said Julius. Ilu took a couple of deep breaths and calmed down. "Okay, now I'm ready." Said Ilu getting up from her seat. Julius offered Ilu his arm and Ilu joined her arm with his. "Let's go. Don't wanna keep Ridder waiting." Said Julius. Ilu nodded and began to walk along with Julius. When they entered the hall, everyone saw the two in awe. Ilus dress was a bright white color. The dress has long ends which made it drag on the floor, but instead of looking bad the scene was elegant. At the podium, Ridder was trying his best to not look at Ilus direction. Ridder was told he couldn't look at his bride until she reached the podium. "Wow." Said Yami who was beside Ridder. "You're going to love seeing this." Said Nozel who had wide eyes. The current king of clover, king Kira, was also shocked to see the bride. The bulge was noticeable, but the dress and makeup done drew everyones attention. "Can you guys please stop talking, I'm trying to focus." Said Ridder. Yami and Nozel kept quiet, but the both of them kept on gazing at Ilu. Noelle who was in front kept on throwing flowers down the aisle, she was too distracted to even look behind her. "Ilu looks amazing!" Said Asta in amazement. "I just wanna eat already." Complained Liebe. "Shut up and enjoy the moment. Our sister's getting married, the least you could do is pay attention." Said Asta. "Sorry, it's just that I'm so hungry. I'll pay attention." Said Liebe. Ilu arrived at the podium, Ridder offered his hand to help Ilu up. At the same time, Ridder was amazed at how Ilu looked. To him, Ilu was more than beautiful at the moment. Ilus long gray hair was curled, her bangs which were long was kept braided and wrapped around the top of her head and made it resemble a halo. There was no doubt about it, Ridder thought he was looking at an angel. "Y-y-y-you look beautiful." Whispered Ridder who was blushing at the sight in front of him. Ilu smiled gently and whispered back "and you're looking very handsome". The two were interrupted in their gazing by the priest. The priest soon started to give his blessing and then said "Before the two join their lives for eternity, the couple shall give their vows." Ridder decided to speak first, "Ilu, the first day I met you I never thought we would have come this far. It has been eleven years since I've known you, and within that time my love for you only grew exponentially. I promise to protect you, care for you, and love you for as long an I'm alive. You mean the world to me, and now that you carry the greatest product of our love I can't help but want you more." Said Ridder rubbing Ilus belly. Ilus eyes started to water, but she tried her best to hold back her tears. Luckily for her, a lot of the crowd was too busy gasping at what Ridder announced. "Ridder, if I had never met you I don't know how my life would have turned out. It's because of you I found Asta, it's because of you I managed to stay happy. You helped me in every way, when my father passed you were my shoulder to cry on. When I had Asta to take care of, you helped me with that. You cared Ridder, so I don't doubt that you'll always care for me. As for our love, I don't think there's anything greater than the love we have for each other. I love you Ridder, and I can never get tired of saying that. You have been the best thing to ever happen to me, you gave me a chance to be happy, a chance to have a family of our own." Said Ilu. Everyone, but the king, smiled at what Ilu said. Although most didn't know about Asta, or Ilus life in general. The end of Ilus vows were beautiful to listen to. Mereoleona grabbed Asta by the head and gave him a velvet pillow with two rings. "Ridder told me to make you the ring bearer." Said Mereoleona who picked up Asta and placed him near the couple. "What the fuck do I do?" Questioned Asta in his mind. The boy looked over at Noelle who was standing next to Dorothy, Noelle gestured Asta to start walking towards the couple. It was now time for the ring exchange, Asta arrived showing the two rings to both Ilu and Ridder. Ridder picked up a ring and slid it on Ilus ring finger "I give this ring as a sign of my love." Said Ridder. Now Ilu took the remaining ring and slid it in Ridders finger. "I too, give this ring as a sign of my love." Said Ilu. Asta who was standing in the same place was quickly snatched my Nozel. "You shall stand with us for the moment." Said Nozel. Asta only nodded and looked at the couple. "Do you. Ridder Silva, take Ilu Staria as your lawfully wedded wife?" Asked the priest. "I do." Said Ridder holding on to Ilus hands. "Ilu Staria, do you take Ridder Silva as your lawfully wedded husband?" Asked the priest. "I do." Said Ilu. "You may now kiss the bride." Said the priest. The two newlyweds shared a kiss to unify their love. The groomsmen and the bridesmaids cheered and clapped. The kids who were at the table cheered while Solid and Nebra clapped. Soon the priest announced the newlyweds, and as planned it was lunch time. On a large table, the newly weds family, guests of honor, and the King sat. Due to Yamis presence, king Kira requested to sit at his own table. No one gave mind to the kings actions because they were all too busy enjoying the moment. During lunch, Yami got up and tapped his glass to get everyone's attention. "May I have everyone's attention please?" Said Yami. All the guests looked at Yami to see what he had to say, "In the years I have known both Ridder and Ilu, I can say that I know the two really well. From showing their stupidity, and sometimes their genius, in the end every decision they have made has been for the greater good. When they used to be magic knights, I think they were the best and most hardworking knights I have known. These two always had good chemistry together, and what's happening today isn't a surprise. The two have shown what it means to care and most importantly to love each other. Before the wedding the day, Ridder had spent the day with me. The entire time he couldn't shut up at how great Ilu was, if I'm being honest it was to the point where I was getting annoyed. That goes for show how much Ridder really does care for this woman. As Ridders best friend and as a good friend of Ilu, I can confidently say these two will be happy and stay happy together forever. To the bride and groom!" Exclaimed Yami raising his glass. Every guest, but the king started to cheer and clap at Yamis toast. Ridder and Ilu gave Yami a meaningful smile. Everyone began to start eating again, Liebe who was sitting in a high chair next to Noelle was eating like a animal. "Liebe, you should slow down a bit." Said Noelle. "You don't understand. I'm so hungry, I haven't eaten since last night." Said Liebe. "For the first time, Asta is luckily acting like a gentleman." Commented Noelle putting her head on Astas shoulder. Asta who didn't hear Noelle was trying to figure out which knife to use for his steak. "Would it be the sharper one?" Thought Asta looking at his utensils. "Psst. Noelle." Whispered Asta. "What is it?" Asked Noelle. "Which knife is the steak knife?" Asked Asta. Noelle rubbed her temples in frustration, "And here I thought you were just acting like a gentleman." Sighed Noelle. "It's that one." Noelle then answered pointing at a knife. "Thanks princess." Said Asta starting to devour his food. "Could you at least show some manners?" Asked Noelle. Asta swallowed a big chunk of his steak, and nodded. "Hehe, sorry about that." Apologized Asta. "You should be sorry. It's your sisters wedding day and you still eat like an animal." Said Noelle with a pout. "I'll try to show more manners." Said Asta rolling his eyes. After the lunch, it was time to cut the cake. Ridder and Ilu walked up the the cake which had a height of three feet. Ilu grabbed the knife and Ridder grabbed on to the hand Ilu was holding a knife with. The two newlyweds cut the cake and the guests clapped. After everyone had a slice of cake it was now time for the dancing. First Ridder and Ilu started to dance to the slow paced music, all the guests who were watching only chatted and drank. "When are we gonna dance?" Asked Asta who was sitting at his table. "I think after the next dance." Answered Noelle. "I learned some new moves and I can't wait to try them out." Said Asta. "What did you learn?" Asked Noelle. "It's a secret." Said Asta scratching his head. "Who even taught you how to dance? Ridder has been too busy to do anything." Said Liebe. "Nozel and uncle Julius taught me." Answered Asta. "It's true. He wouldn't stop begging me, and Nozel ended up finding out so he helped too." Said Julius. "You better surprise me with how you dance." Noelle said pulling Astas cheek. "You'll be left speechless." Said Asta with a smirk. After the two newlyweds stopped dancing, Julius then had a dance with Ilu. "How are you feeling brother?" Asked Nozel sipping a glass of champagne. "How else could I be feeling? Nothing but ecstatic." Answered Ridder. "That's good to hear." Said Nozel. "So.. when will you get me a sister-in-law?" Asked Ridder with a sly smile. Nozel blushed, but soon answered "Me and Dorothy talked about it, and we plan on it after our lives aren't so busy anymore. Right now our work as captains is too much to handle." "I understand, at least the two of you are on the same page." Said Ridder. "I'm glad we are. But that doesn't stop us from acting like a married couple from time to time." Said Nozel. "Looks like the music starting to die down. I can dance with my wife again." Said Ridder ecstatically. "Well, I'll go find Dorothy." Said Nozel walking away. Ridder approached Ilu offering her his hand, "One more dance?" Asked Ridder. "Why certainly." Ilu answered with a smile. Music started playing again, more and more couple began to dance. Mimosa approached Asta who was looking around for someone. "Asta, may I have this dance?" Asked Mimosa. Asta who didn't listen to what Mimosa said asked "Do you have any idea where Noelle could be?" Mimosas smile faded in an instant at the question. "She's probably dancing with some other boy." Answered Mimosa with some venom. "Found her!" Exclaimed Asta running to Noelle, once again ignoring Mimosa. "Why do I even try." Sighed Mimosa. "Don't worry cousin! We can dance for the time being." Said Leopold. Mimosa gave Leopold a glare, but eventually accepted. "Fine, it's only a dance anyway." Said Mimosa. With Asta who just walked up to Noelle, "Noelle, may I have this dance?" Asked Asta in a polite tone. "Of course my prince." Said Noelle. "You lovebirds make me sick." Said Liebe while pretending to gag. "Shut up Liebe." Said Asta walking away with Noelle. "I wanna see what Julius and Nozel taught you." Said Noelle. "You'll find out soon enough." Said Asta taking both of Noelles hands. "This is new." Commented Noelle noticing Astas position. Asta stretched out his arm along with Noelles and started pace his steps quickly. Noelle who was surprised at Astas fast paced dance, tried her best to keep up. Asta began to twirl Noelle around releasing some giggles from the two children. "Looks like those two are having fun." Said Ilu slow dancing with Ridder. "I'm surprised Asta knows what he's doing." Said Ridder. At the same time, Nozel and Dorothy were dancing. "Who taught him how to do that?" Asked Dorothy. "I did of course. Took me and Julius several hours, but he actually learned." Answered Nozel. "I'm surprised you taught him that." Said Dorothy. "Of course I'd teach him how to dance. All he knew was a simple dance, so as any good role model I wanted to teach him more dances" said Nozel. "How sweet of you." Said Dorothy with a happy tone. Nozel smiled at the compliment, getting compliments from Dorothy was something else for him. Meanwhile, Yami and Charlotte could be seen slow dancing. "So, you decided to train the three?" Asked Charlotte while dancing. "I assume Ridder will be much busier now, especially since he's now a married man. I even talked with him about it and he liked the idea." Answered Yami. "You better not be a bad influence on them." Said Charlotte. "Who said I'm a bad influence?" Asked Yami tugging Charlotte closer.  "No one said such a thing; but you swear, drink, and gamble. Those habits could rub off on the kids." Answered Charlotte. "Don't worry prickly queen, I won't do any of those things when I'm with the kids." Promised Yami. "You better keep your word." Said Charlotte. "I always keep my word." Said Yami. With Noelle and Asta, the two kept on dancing at a fast pace. Despite the slow music playing, Asta wanted to surprise Noelle and to his luck Noelle was surprised. After one more spin, Noelle said "Let's try a slow dance." In between gasps. Asta who was still energetic only nodded and slowed himself down. "Were you surprised?" Asked Asta putting both hands on Noelles waist. Noelle placed her arms around Astas shoulder and answered "I guess I was surprised, but I'm happy to know that you actually learned more dances." "I learned them because I knew it would make you happy." Said Asta with a smile. Noelle grew a warm feeling in her chest and felt butterflies in her stomach hearing Asta say that. "Thanks Asta. You will really make an excellent husband one day." Said Noelle. Asta grew a silly smile and continued dancing with Noelle. Eventually, the music died down signifying that the dancing was over. With the dance being over, it was now time to end the wedding. One by one, each noble family approached the newlyweds and wished their marriage the best. After each noble family left, their close friends said their wishes and left as well. Finally, the king said "I wish you two the best or whatever." In a bored tone. Ilu grew angry, but decided to hide it to not make a scene. Both Ilu and Ridder truly wished the king hadn't arrived, but it was necessary for him to come. Everyone, but the Silvas and the two remaining Starias had left. "Hey Ridder, does this mean me and Liebe are your brother in laws?" Asked Asta. "Yeah, it does." Answered Ridder "Ilu, have you decided which last name you'll take?" Asked Nebra. "I decided to keep both. From now on, I'm Ilu Staria-Silva." Answered Ilu. "Maybe I'll do the same. When I get married my last name will be Silva-Staria." Said Noelle. "You're too young to be thinking about getting married." Said both Ridder and Nozel. "I can think whatever I want." Said Noelle in a sassy tone. The two older brothers sighed, "Can we go home already? I wanna wear my comfy clothes." Complained Asta. "Alright, let's get going." Said Ridder. Ridder picked up Ilu and carried her, "Can't say I'm surprised." Said Ilu wrapping her arms around Ridder. "It's called a bridal carry for a reason." Said Ridder. The family went back to the Silva palace, when they arrived they found the palace decorated with flowers. "Who did this?" Asked Ilu. Nozel smiled and said "I got Charlotte, Yami, and Dorothy to help decorate this place. Each of them left a surprise in your room for the both of you." Said Nozel. "How thoughtful of them." Said Ilu while smiling brightly. "When did they do that?" Asked Asta. "Last night when you guys were asleep." Answered Nozel. "How come I didn't notice Yami leave?" Thought Ridder. The family went inside, and the newlyweds went to their room. Everyone changed back into their normal attire, and Nozel and Nebra left after saying their farewells. "Well, it's just us again." Said Asta who was sitting in the couch with Solid, Noelle, and Liebe. "Today was fun!" Exclaimed Liebe. "Well, it was your first time actually celebrating along with everyone." Said Solid. "I celebrated everyone's birthday, so it wasn't my first time." Said Liebe. "I meant like with other people other than just us." Countered Solid. "Oh yeah, then it was my first time." Agreed Liebe. The day passed with chatter and laughs, the newlyweds opened their gifts and found many nice things. Charlotte gifted them with a painting that had the whole group of friends having a fun time. "Looks like Yami gave me an imported bottle sake." Said Ridder. "He sure does know you well." Commented Ilu. "What did Dorothy give?" Asked Ridder. "It's a gift, but not for us. It's for the baby." Said Ilu rubbing her belly. "How thoughtful." Said Ridder. "Let's open it in seven months, when the baby will be born." Said Ilu. "I like that idea." Said Ridder.

In Hage Village:
Yuno could be seen collapsed on the ground. "Looks like you're improving a lot." Said Alexander. "I'm not done yet master!" Shouted Yuno. "What drives you to keep on training? I know you want to be wizard king, but I have a feeling there's more to it." Said Alexander. Yuno sighed and took a moment to speak. "I made a promise with my best friend. I haven't seen him in a long time, but he protected me and we challenged each other on who will be the wizard king first. This village never treated him right, they always bullied him for not having any magic. The last time I saw him, he was getting beaten by the other kids just because of not having magic. I can understand why he decided not to come back." Said Yuno with his head down. "People can be horrible. Many people love to make themselves look superior, especially to those who are weaker than them. What was your friends name?" Asked Alexander. "His name was Asta. I hope he's doing well wherever he is." Answered Yuno. Alexander was surprised, Asta was still alive and living a good life in the capital to his knowledge. This left Alexander even more confused, he showed a power but didn't use it before. He put his thoughts aside and said "I'm sure your friend is doing well. And I'm glad to hear that despite him not having magic, you still remained his friend. You stuck to the challenge besides him not showing up anymore, that it a trait not many have. I believe you can become wizard king or even something greater if you stay the way you are." Said Alexander. "Thank you master!" Said Yuno. "Please don't call me master, I'm training you because you're a good kid. And me being called master makes me feel uncomfortable." Said Alexander. "Then what should I call you?" Asked Yuno. "Just call me by my name." Answered Alexander. "Okay." Said Yuno. "Now it's time for you to go back to the church, it's getting late." Said Alexander. "But I can train more." Complained Yuno. "No buts, do as I say. You need to save some energy for next week." Said Alexander. "Alright, then see ya!" Said Yuno walking back to the church. "So the kid had it tough. I'm curious to know what Astas power is." Thought Alexander. "Time will answer those questions, for now it's best to get some sleep." Said Astaroth. "You're right. Time to go back to the cabin." Thought Alexander.
