"You let Yuno go with that creature?!" Shouted an angry Orsi. "Don't refer to him as a creature. He has a better heart than yours." Lily said. Orsi looked straight into the nuns eyes. "That 'creature' will cause nothing but trouble. Mark my words you brainwashed nun, he will ruin Yuno and make the child as useless as him." Said Orsi before storming off. Sister Lily didn't like hearing what the father had said. She gritted her teeth seeing the man walk away. "Such a disgrace of a man." She whispered. The nuns anger was diluted when smelling the aroma of boiled potatoes. The woman walked towards the kitchen and put out the fire that heated up the pot. "That scum of a man thinks he's right just because he calls himself a 'man of God'." She said to herself. Lily grabbed a knife and coriander leaves, she started to chop the plant at a fast pace. "The only way to help people like him is by showing the truth in person." The nun stopped chopping the leaves and saw the deep cuts on her cutting board. The knife she used was even more worn out compared to how it used to be. "Maybe a talk during lunch will help Orsi understand why he's wrong." Lily said while forming a smile. The nun had drained the pot of potatoes of its water, and added a little milk. She began to mash the potatoes as they were still hot from being boiled. "Yuno, Nash, Orsi, Recca, Asta, Noelle, and I guess Liebe. Do spirits need to eat? One small plate wouldn't hurt." The nun said taking out eight old plates from a broken cabinet. The woman had placed the plates and food on the old table. She was expecting Yuno to arrive accompanied with his friends. Lily knew that someone like Asta might be clingy and would still be eager to meet the rest of the orphans, so inviting him and his friends for lunch could be the best way to settle everything once and for all. As expected the main door opened. "I'm back!" Announced a voice. "We-" Lily was cut off by a loud father Orsi. "Yuno! Welcome back!" He said. "I hope it's fine if I brought guests over. They have something important to talk about." Yuno said. The nun chimed in and said "That's no problem at all. I made enough lunch for all three of your friends." Yuno showed a smile and kept the door open. "You guys can come in now." He said. Asta and Noelle had entered through the door, Orsi only kept his gaze on a certain boy. "You guys arrived just in time. I made mashed tatoes for lunch." Lily said. "I hope we're not a bother, but we have something important to talk about." Asta said. "We can talk about it during lunch. Father Orsi, can you please get the other two children?" Lily asked. Orsi only nodded his head and went to the childrens room.

Noelle took a bite of the potatoes and immediately felt her mouth go dry. Although the taste wasn't bad, the food itself wasn't to her liking. Asta felt somewhat nostalgic while tasting the food, he had eaten this before and he always enjoyed the taste of what he knew as tatoes. "Where's the spirit?" Lily asked. When that question was asked, Liebe appeared onto Astas shoulder. "Ooh what's that?!" Asked a girl. "I'm a spirit. Us spirits get hungry too." Liebe responded while floating next to Astas plate. "Can I touch it?" Asked the girl. The nun giggled and said "I don't think the spirit would like that Recca." Lily said. The girl looked down in disappointment, but Asta had said something. "Of course you can touch him. In fact, you can even pet him if you'd like." "No please." Liebe said. "Just do it." Asta said. Liebe rolled his eyes and floated to the girl. Recca gushed and held Liebe as close as possible. "You're so cute!" She exclaimed. Liebe was struggling to get out of the girls hold, but his size didn't help at all.

"I've been meaning to talk about something." Asta said. The two adults looked at the boy, one with curiosity and the other with annoyance. "What is it?" Asked the nun. "Me, Noelle, and Yuno have talked about helping this village with its expenses." Orsi scoffed and said "What will you even do to help? You're nothing but a manaless abomination." "Father Orsi, that is no way to treat guests!" The nun had uncharacteristically shouted. The kids were shocked by the event and Yuno chimed in. "Asta will help this village in more ways that you can anyway." Orsi looked at Yuno and got up from his chair. "I see that this filthy creature has already ruined you." "You can say what you want about me and it wouldn't even matter. I don't care if you see me as a subhuman person, or something even worse. In the end, I'll still gladly give money to the village to help out the good people living in it." Asta said. "You and what money? Just because you can afford fancy clothes doesn't mean you're wealthy all of a sudden." "I come from a noble family. My fathers name was Anthony Staria and he spent most of his free time helping villages such as this one. I only want to continue his good deeds and be the man he once was." "His older sister is also married into the Silva royal family, so you have no right to insult him." Noelle intervened. Orsi was left speechless, he realized he had insulted someone belonging to a higher social status, but his hate still had remained for Asta. "I don't even understand why you even hate me. I don't care however, only thing I care for is that the people of this village not having to struggle so much anymore." Asta put down the utensils and got out of his chair. "Thank you for the food sister Lily, it was truly delicious." He walked out of the church and the room was left silent. "I think we best get going now. Thank you for your hospitality." Noelle said. The girl had gotten up and walked to the door. "Liebe. Let's go." She said. The chibi demon got out of Reccas lap and flew towards Noelle. "I'll see you all later." He said.
