Chapter eleven

*Two months later*

it's been two months. i've decided to say yes to moving in with Jayden. he's been so sweet etting me think all of this through. i've even been sleeping at his place sometimes to just live through what would happen. and i really liked it. except for his laziness, but i'll work that out. it was friday and i was studying in my room for my big exam today in med class. i was sitting with Zay, Alex, Liam, and Abby. i was planning on telling them today. we were all sitting on the ground going over the review for tommorow. i grabbed a pretzel from the bowl that i set out in front of us and ate it.

"Jess?" asked someone

i looked up from my gaze and saw that it was Alex.

"What?" i asked confused and still lost in my thoughts.

"We asked you on your thought of this chapter." said Liam sitting up.

"Sorry, um...i actually have to tell you all something." i said

Abby, Liam, Zay, and Alex all look at me.

"Um..." i pause to set my textbook off to the side of me.

"I've decided to...move in with Jayden." i said and paused as everyone looked at me. Zay and Abby run up to me and hug me in happiness,"Oh, i'm so happy for you Jess." said Abby and Zay. i smiled in happiness. after they bpth hugged i look up to see Alex's face. he looked crushed at what i had said,"I gotta get going." said Alex quickly grabbing his bag and books, getting up and walking out the door.

i looked at Abby, Zay and Liam as they shot me back an awkward stare. I looked at Liam and he shot me an uneasy look, which was concerning Alex. i nod my head understandingly and got up.

"I should go talk to him." i said walking towards the door and out in the hallway. i looked up and down the hallway and finally found Alex, who was just barely getting into the elevator. i ran into the elevator, just in time before the doors closed. i look at Alex, who didn't look too happy. he sighed loudly as the doors closed.

"What do you want?" asked Alex very rudely

"Why are you so mad at me?" i asked a little hurt from his rudness.

"It's just...The other day you said Jayden was being a total ass, and now you're moving in with him? this makes no sense....Jess I...." Alex's voice trailed off.

"What?" i asked

he stayed silent and frozen. he seemed a little scared of what he was gonna say next.

"What?" i asked geting irritated.

(Alex's pov)

i was about to tell her how i felt for her. i was about to tell her that i liked her. i couldn't tell her that i liked her, when she is obviously in love with Jayden. i couldn't do that to her. i couldn't tell her how i felt, even if it hurts me, it'll hurt her more.

"What?" she demanded getting irritated by this point.

i needed to come up with something else at this point, or she'll know how i feel for her.

"I...I just don't want you to make a mistake." i said gretting the moment those words escaped my mouth. i could see that i was in big trouble when i saw her facial fetures change from normal to anger.

"Why? becasue you know him so well? you don't know him like i do." she said getting angrier by the moment. i've never seen her like this. she's been nothing but happy when i'm aroundher. what i'd give to see her smile right now.

"Is this because of how you feel about him?" asked Jessica

"No." i said lied

"liar." she scoffed
