It's apparent
Or transparent? I'd love to see you near
But, I'll take some time or minutes I get
If there's something more, will you say?
I'll easily fall for your ways of viewing me
& how you make me feel valid
Even with how I view my world.
How does one know? When do we stop?
I'd like to tell you of all wrong doings
Ones that have shaped me
Even, those that keep me awake & make me feel alone & small.
Would you offer me the kindest of words?
In knowing days will consist of me hiding
& when time comes & seasons change
I'll question not you, but what's to come
& if I'm just those hands that burn my skin
I often wish to have that gift
The one to take your pain.
with me on my side? I wouldn't give up on you on darkest of days.
I'll be there for you even if miles separate us.
I wish to envision so much & maybe tonight?
You could open your eyes & see.
You & me?
We could live in a dream
We could be this dream.
Give me your devotion, let us be envied by so many people
Don't wake me up
I Don't want to wake up.
