A Blooming Love Story (Erehisu)

Chapter 3

To say that tensions were running high is an understatement. One could say it is as thick as Erwin's thighs. What?

No one knew this type of tension as much as Sasha Blouse. For the past two days, she has been having the great fortune of being right in the epicenter of all the chaos. Right now, Sasha is eating dinner with Connie and Armin.

Sasha sighs. "You guys have no idea how tense it has been living with them!"

Armin: "I could only imagine. Mikasa is quite scary when she's mad."

"She's like that all the time now! My heart can't handle this and school."

Connie gives Sasha his potato. "Damn. You girls have so much drama."

Sasha rolls her eyes. "Mikasa has a right to be mad. Historia broke the girl code."

"And what is that?"

"Friends don't date their friends' exes."

"Huh?" His eyes grow larger. "Wait. HISTORIA IS DATING EREN?!"

"Has it not been obvious?"

Armin: "There's been a lot of tension the past few days with them."

Connie: "How am I supposed to know these things?!"

Sasha: "At least we know the reason why he's single."

Connie: "Hey! I have you know that I'm an independent man and I don't need the ladies. Buuuuut if one does come my way, I wouldn't say no."

Armin: "I think it would be best for you to stick to your studies for now Connie."

Connie: "You're on her side, Armin?!"

Armin: "There are no sides."

Connie: "Sure. Anyway, when did they get together?"

Sasha: "It had to be earlier this week. Eren came to the room demanding to see Historia and Ymir refused. Then Mikasa came and they were arguing and everything went quiet once Historia came out. At least that's what I think happened. I closed my door."

Armin: "I thought things were getting better between Mikasa and Eren. I should've figured Eren's feelings were deeper than how he presented himself but we haven't hung out that much since the summer or much since classes began. I miss him and us as a trio."

Sasha: "Maybe you can fix that."

Armin: "I couldn't before. How can I now?"

Sasha: "I heard Eren talked about joining The Scouts club. Mikasa's cousin is there so it's inevitable that they'll be in the same org. Then you can join."

Connie: "That's a great idea."

Armin: "I forgot, they did tell me about that months ago but what if I can't do it?"

Connie: "I'll be there to help."

Sasha: "Yeah me too! They're having an info session in an hour. I heard that there's gonna be snacks there."

Connie: "Don't worry Armin, you have a big brain. You can do it."

Sasha: "One of the best at this school. You got this."

Armin: "Right! Then I'll join!"

After dinner and walking for some time, Armin made it to the meeting venue with Sasha and Connie. They went in while he stayed behind and waited for Mikasa to come. He spots her and walks towards her.

"Hey, Mikasa."

"Armin? What are you doing here?"

"I decided that I wanted to join The Scouts."
