💛Chapter 21💜

Kaminari was really excited. Surely he had dates before but those turned out to be one night stands. He never really had a proper date. He never understood his dates were always so busy on their phones and shit and was only in it for sex. It frustrated him and he quitted dating a while ago. This would be his first date after a whole year.

Kaminari checked his phone and saw it was already 6:30pm. He quickly wore a black shirt with roses printed near the pocket. He put his hair in a pony and wore ripped jeans. He secretly took Kiri's perfume to be extra manly. Kaminari had gone near the front door and was waiting for Shinsou.

"Oh why are you dressed? Do you really think you could actually impress someone looking like that? You petty theif! He just pities your sob story.", Monoma was about to say more but was smacked in the head by Kendou. "Uh sorry about that. We will be off!", Kendou dragged Monoma with her. Kaminari nodded  but all his confidence went down. He felt as if he really was not worth it. Maybe Shinsou doesn't like him he is just pitying him. Why did he have to say him his story when all he was gonna receive was the male's pity which he didn't want. But the thi g that bothered him the most was how did Monoma even come up with the idea if Shinsou pitying him. Only Shinsou knew about Kaminari's past no one else. He ne er remembered uttering a single word about it to Monoma or near him. So did he sneak on them and heard their conversation?

Kaminari's mind was clouded with thoughts when he saw a figure appear in front if him. As he looked at it he saw Shinsou wearing a shirt. His hair was let loose. He was also wearing a jacket and jeans and shoes. The Gucci on him was very much visible. "You....look....really Gucci.", Kaminari said. "Well thank you, you look beautiful too.", Shinsou said. "I uhm Thank you so let's go!", Kaminari said as they both left.

"OMG YOU SEE THAT THE BOSS IS FINALLY GOING ON A DATE!", Mina said from behind a pillar. "Shhh! He might hear us!,"Ochaco said. "Ahem what are you ladies doing here?", Iida asked from behind them. "Uhhhh nothing!", Ochaco replied. "I find it hard to believe.", Iida said. "Oh well look at that Sero isn't it?", Mina said. "Where—",as Iida turned to find Sero, Mina and Ochaco sprinted. "SERIOUSLY THIS WAS SO UNNECESSARY!",Iida yelled.

Kaminari had taken Shinsou to an arcade. Shinsou refused to go there but eventually was dragged by Kaminari. They went near the crane. Hitoshi could not figure out what exactly to do. "Don't tell me this is your first time here...",Kaminari said. "Well it is..",Shinsou said. "WHAT NO WAY!"

"Yes way", Shinsou said a bit annoyed. "Oh well there's a first time for everything. Now look at me.",Kaminari said as he concentrated on a crane he grabbed a toy and was about to take it but dropped it mid way. "Dammit!",Kaminari said frustrated. Shinsou chuckled. "Try again it isn't that hard.", Shinsou said. "You don't say. You literally couldn't figure out where to enter the ciun a minute ago.", Kaminari scoffed. "Aight let me try.", Shinsou said as he followed what Kaminari had done. He had successfully won two toys. "So you were saying?",Shinou smirked.

"I hate you!"

"Love you too"

"Huh",Kaminari looked shocked as a blush was formed on his cheek. It was a bit awkward but Kaminari decided to break it. "Uhm let's go to the shooting aisle!", Kaminari said as he dragged Shinsou there. Kaminari had aimed at all targets perfectly it was as if he was born for it. Shinsou was amazed at his mad skills. Kaminari had won a huge cat plushie. "Hah you see I am so good at it!",Kaminari cheered. "You indeed are.", Shinsou chuckled.

"Now let's go and get dinner!", Kaminari said as he dragged Shinsou yet again. "Woah calm down there!",Shinsou said only to be ignored by the blonde. They went to a restaurant. It had its own bar on the side. It seemed like Kaminari visited that place often and the people seemed to know him. Kaminari and Shinsou had taken their seats. A waitress appeared them," Didn't know you were into boys as well Denki! Who is this Handsome fellow?", she asked. "Uhh Nejire sensei enough just take our order!", Denki said. "The regular?", Nejire asked. "Yes the regular make it 2 plates this time.",Denki said. "Sure!",she replied.

"Woah you come here often?", Shinsou asked. "Yes why?", Kaminari asked. "No reason.",Shinsou replied. "Are you perhaps jealous?", Kaminari asked. "What if I am?", Shinsou asked. "Umm well can't help it then.", Kaminari said. "Rude.", Shinsou said. "My apologies. Wanna dance?", Kaminari asked. "I don't dance.",Shinsou replied. "Come on there's  a first time to everything!", Kaminari insisted. "Fine",Hitoshi sighed

They went on the dance floor. The music was not the usual rock ones. It was a calming one. Kaminari took Shinsou's hand and put one on his waist and entangled his fingers with the other. They looked into each other's eyes and swayed with the music. It was as if everything went blank and they were the only ones alive. It was as if they had only themselves in this whole world. They had finally broken from their trance after Nejire had served their food.

They ate their food and was taking a walk across the park. They had bought ice creams from a ice cream sta near the park. "Soooo how was the date? Did you like it?", Kaminari asked. "Yes I loved it. It was fun.",Shinsou replied. Kaminari hummed in agreement. The walk was quiet and they enjoyed the silence. As they were sitting on the swings Kaminari asked ,"You know today...when you said.....you um loved me?"

"Yes",Shinsou replied. "Did you um....mean it?", Kaminari asked. Shinsou took a break and said,"I did. I did mean it."

"You know if you want you can reject me...don't pity me...also we have only known each other for a few days not even a week",Kaminari said remembering what Monoma said. Shinsou had now sat on the ground in front of Kaminari. "Hey look at me!"Shinsou said as he cupped Kaminari's face. Kaminari looked at Shinsou.

"I know this happened really fast. We met not even a week before and slept together. But within these few days you have created this aura on me I  can't ignore.  I can't say no to you. I can't seem myself to get angry at you. I feel like it's pathetic. But I accept these feelings if it's you. I love you. If it's too fast we could take it slow...Also I don't pity you. It must have been hard being there without your parents. I am glad you were strong enough to make it out alive. You are more strong than you'll ever know...",Shinsou said.

Kaminari locked their lips and kissed Shinsou like it was the last time they were gonna meet. After the long kiss Kaminari looked at Shinsou and said,"Thank you."

"Now...let's play!",Kaminari cheered. "Wait what?", Shinsou asked shocked by the sudden change in mood. He looked at Kaminari play with the slide. He chuckled and joined Kaminari. The soft atmosphere was filled with light chuckles. Shinsou didn't care if Kaminari was his target. He did not care about him being a mafia leader. He knew that he was with someone he adored and wanted to protect him with all he had.
