💛Chapter 26💜

It was during dawn, a man came and slid some food into the room. Kaminari and Mineta shared it even though there wasn't much to eat.

Later a man took them to a huge hall. Seems like they weren't the only hostages. There were many of them. A huge bell rang and training started.

The hostages had to go through immense pain. The training wasn't the usual training, it was torture. The prisoners were made to walk on hot burning coals. They were kept locked in boxes full of dry ice for hours. They were whipped till they bled. There feet were attached with heavy weights and pushed into the water. After all this they had to fight a professional fighter who went under the allias, Dabi.

The prison was sure a hell hole. Every two or three days someone or the other lost their lives. Kaminari was surprised that he survived there for a week.

"Those people holding us captive, for sure have some weird kink.", Mineta said playfully even though he looked like he was about to pass out.

"Well bro I agree with you this time.", Kaminari said. He didn't die but he sure had some nasty scars on him by now.

"We could try escaping.", Kaminari said. "What are you kidding me? We would be shot dead.", Mineta said.

"It's better than dying such a merciless painful slow death.",Kaminari said.

"You got a point but still....."

"If we don't try we will never succeed."

"You seem like a motivational speaker now, but do you have a plan?"

"Not really but I will come up with one soon and I need your help."

"Great."

A month passed by. Kaminari and Mineta had gathered the information that those two men who had captured him were Dabi and Shigaraki. The woman who seduced Mineta was Toga. The boss of the gang was unknown to them. They also got to know that all of the victims were captured for deathly missions and their families were threatened to be killed if they disagreed.

Kaminari and Mineta had spent two months under that torture together. Sometimes they would mend their bruises, talk about their life and comfort each other. Kaminari missed Kirishima and Sero but Mineta made up for it. Kaminari felt betrayed by his own lover and friends and honestly wanted to stab them to death but he loved them too dearly to do that.

....

One morning the two men gathered all the captives in  the "training" room.

"Listen everyone. We are going to send you on a mission. You have to deliver the drugs on time and ensure nothing gets in the way. Try to play the hero and face the consequences.", one of the men said.

Those two left uniforms for all the men to wear before the mission. It was maybe during the night when a bus appeared to collect them. Kaminari took this as an opportunity to find as many exit points as possible.

After a few hours or so they received their destination. The trade went well but when the cargo was laoded in the ship some people stood by the anchor of the ship.
"Fire", someone commented and all the hostages started to fire. Soon it turned into a hand to hand combat with the rival team.

Kaminari was trying to escape when someone hit him from the back. As he turned around, he couldn't help but take a glance at those eyes.... those pair of lilac eyes he could never forget. Good thing he was wearing a mask because the anger boiling inside him made him attack the man. He kicked him in the stomach. As the man was about to get up he kicked the man across his face. With satisfaction as he was about to leave, the man held him tightly from behind. "I know it's you.", the man said.

This made Kaminari even more angry. He tried to wiggle out of his grip. Suddenly  the man shrieked in pain. Seems like someone stabbed him in the thigh and it was none other than Mineta. The man lied there as Kaminari and Mineta boarded the bus.

......

"Congratulations. You all succeeded.", Toga cheered as she raised a toast. The three of them were having a wonderful blast while the prisoners were returned to their rooms.

Two men were following Kaminari and Mineta back to their room. Their room was at the end of the hallway so they were the last ones left. As soon as Kaminari was near the room he knocked out one of the men. Mineta kicked the other in his balls. As soon as the man fell onto the ground, Mineta stabbed their necks.

"So you did make a plan", Mineta asked.

"Yes I did. Now follow me.", Kaminari said.

Kaminari dragged those two men inside their room. He dressed as one of the men and carried Mineta as if he was holding him hostage.

Kaminari and Mineta had successfully dodged the cctv cameras as no alarms were raised. Soon they went to the training room only to see those three all drunk and passed out.

"This is why you shouldn't do drugs.", Kaminari said.

"Meh adults", Mineta said.

Kaminari quietly swiped the remote from Shigaraki's pocket and turned off the motion sensor of the bracelets. This way if they left the premises an alarm won't ring. Soon, Kaminari and Mineta came across a hallway. At the very end there was a table with many keys. Mineta identified a number on a key matching with his bracelet. Kaminari tiptoed there and blocked the mouth of the guard and Mineta stabbed him.

Soon they could get rid of the bracelets by matching the number of the key with their bracelet. Soon they started to move towards a staircase when Kaminari noticed a room. It was meant only for staff to enter.

He somehow convinced Mineta, who was initially reluctant, to get in there with him. There he found a lot of boxes. He opened some to see documents on imports and exports of items such as guns and drugs. Some boxes had lists of all those hostages and their family backgrounds.

"Damn these open light to all their shady businesses.", Kaminari thought.

"What are you two doing here?", a man asked.

"Oh no!", Mineta exclaimed in utter fear. The man charged towards them. Kaminari dodged his punch and threw a punch across the man's face.

The man had already alerted everyone and other men were entering one by one. Kaminari tried to fight them all but they were outnumbering him.

Mineta had set fire to one of the boxes. After that there was a domino effect and everything caught fire. This distracted those men.

"Kamibro leave! I got this...but promise me you will come back to save us all.", Mineta said.

"I–I promise.", Kaminari said tears falling down his eyes. "Why don't you just come with me?!", Kaminari yelled.

"Mama didn't raise a quitter. I have done a lot of bad things but I want to die doing a good one.", Mineta said.

Kaminari hugged him and they parted their ways. Mineta took a few boxes and ran the other way, while Kaminari ran towards the exit. He knocked of another guard with all the strength he had and started the car.

He drove to the place he shouldn't have but that was the only place he could think of during this rush hour.
