Angel quickly shifted gears, realizing that this could be a good opportunity to get to know him better.
Angel covered his face.
"I didn't want you to know, so don't say it aloud."
Alastor could tell there was something wrong, but he took what he said at face value.
"Come on, ma viande,"
Angel rose to his feet and followed Alastor to the kitchen.
Alastor took a look around and said."Grab a stool from the island and take a seat in front of the door."
Angel nodded and did as he was told, not particularly interested in this, but willing to fake it for the sake of advancement.
Angel sat and watched Alastor, occasionally looking through his phone.
Angel wasn't entirely focused on the food, but rather on Alastor himself.
Alastor was cutting up some vegetables for this breakfast, so he had his sleeves rolled up.
Angel dust was soon checking the radio demon out. He was about to say something about how good Alastor looks, but he bit his tongue so he wouldn't say it out loud. Alastor was unconcerned about being checked out, but not about his own idle thoughts.Alastor was doing his best not to be distracted...
'Should I do it? No, it's more enjoyable this way.'
Alastor's grin widened slightly.
"You know, you're quite skilled with that knife."
Angel said as he stood up to take a closer look. He was into a lot of things, but knife play wasn't one of them, but Alastor's way with the knife had him hooked. As he cut, angel dust was unconsciously leaned around Alastor. Alastor was already yearning for Angel's flesh, and Angel's proximity wasn't helping. Alastor quickly cut the veggies he required.
"J'ai besoin que tu fasses la vaisselle, mon ami. "
Angel was about to ask what he said when he heard a hissy sigh from his feet. He yelped and backed up.He soon commands one of the shadows he controls, the blue one in particular, to begin doing what Alastor has requested.
"Oh um," angel coughed, embarrassed by him yelping.
"I'm sorry about that."Angel laughed, fiddling with his own hair.
"You're fine, dear; I didn't expect him to be hiding in your shadow; I'll talk to him."
The Shadow hissed softly but it had an edge to it, as if argueing.
Alastor's ear shifted in irritation.
Alastor sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose.
More hissing could be heard as static began to fill the room, not loudly but clearly.
More hissing followed, and now that the dishes were all clean, The Shadow turned around.
'Am I watching a fight??'
Alastor snapped at his Shadow,
"Fok byen! men pito ou pa eseye anyen wap pale mesye!! Mwen pa fout konprann nenpòt lè mwen jwenn kèk atik manje nouvo, ou se premye lonbraj la ki vle yon moso nan li! Men... men byen! Jis pa manyen li"
After completing his speech, Alastor turned away and placed the vegetables in a bowl.
The Shadow hissed, apparently pleased with his response, and then vanished.
There was a brief silence, followed by Alastor's cough.
"So-" Alastor coughed again, attempting to restore his voice to its 'normal' audio, rather than the audio he used when he spoke just then. "I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience."
Angel's head shook.
"That's fine; how many languages do you speak?"
Alastor returned his tried and true smile. chuckling in response to the question
"Whatever number I require, it could be three or thirty-four. I'm not sure why you'd ask such a question."
Angel pouted as he looked at him.
"It was only a question; you don't need a stick up your ass."
Angel muttered.
"Can I help now? "
Alastor's grin became more smug.
"Of course, ma viande. But you must pay attention to me and my instructions."
Angel nodded, now captivated. Alastor had Angel's assistance. After some time, Alastor requested that Angel cut some chicken. Angel did his best to cut the meat, but his cuts weren't as nice as Alastor's.
Alastor checked in on how he was doing about a quarter of the way through the chicken and scrunched up his nose at the shreds of chicken falling off the meat as he cut.
"I told you not to grate it, but to cut it."
Angel gave him a cold stare.
"Wooowww, thank you for the great instructions."
