Alastor bit his tongue, calling apon the shadow

"Shadow, ede m jwenn zanj nou an. (Shadow, help me find our Angel) "

Alastor's ears were down and his heart was racing.

The Shadow laughed and purred

"ᴼʰˀ  ˡᶦ ˢᵉ ᵖᵒᵘ ⁿᵒᵘ ᵏᵒᵘⁿʸᵉ ᵃˀ  ˢᵃ ᵛˡᵉ ᵈᶦ ᵏᶦ ᵐᵒᵘⁿ ᵏᶦ ʲᵃⁿᵐ ʲʷᵉⁿⁿ ˡᶦ ᵃⁿ ᵖʳᵉᵐʸᵉ... ᵛᶦⁿ ᵍᵉⁿ ᵐᵒˢᵒ ʸᵒ ᵛˡᵉ ᵃ ~ˀ
(Oh? he's ours now? does that mean who ever finds him first... gets to have the piece they want~?)"

Alastor nearly puked on the spot; they both knew Alastor detested anything remotely resembling sex, so the shadow relished tampering with things like that.

'Why do I have to put up with you?'

Alastor nodded, irritated by his companions' remark.

"men ki lè ou te anvi bote blan an?
(but when did you fancy the white beauty?)"

The shadow grew a little larger, the grin showed up more on the friend's face

"ᴷᶦˡè ᵒᵘ ᵗᵉ ᶠèˀ
(When did you?) "

Alastor gave a good laugh, patting the Shadow's back, and walked down stairs

'Now THAT was a good joke! '

Alastor couldn't stop laughing all the way down to the bar.

Charlie was pacing and looking uncharacteristically disorganized. Alastor approached her.

"Is something wrong, dear?"

Charlie nodded, her hand running through her hair.

"Actually, do you know where the hell Angel is?"

"Unfortunately not, my dear," Alastor said with a shake of his head. "I've only seen him since yesterday afternoon."

Charlie pinched the bridge of her nose and resumed her pacing.
Alastor then approached the bar and requested a glass of water on the rocks.

Husk handed it to him while leaning forward.

"What the fuck did you do?"

Alastor gave his friend a stern look... Everyone's audacity nowadays

"I'm not sure what you're talking about, but I was surprised to see Angel not in bed-"so you did went into his room"

Alastor almost choked on his water, but he kept a straight face.

"What on earth does this have to do with anything?"

Alastor scanned the room as Husk shrugged. He felt a tug on his clothes. He looked down once he noticed the shadow next to him. Alastor lowered his head, listening to the shadow speak.

"The bad news is that Angel is nowhere to be found in the hotel."

Husk nodded again, his gaze fixed on the glass he was polishing.

"Why do you g-"well, Husker, I don't believe there's an ounce of entitlement that gives you the right to that information."

Husk grumbled and rolled his eyes.

Alastor then went on a tangent about how he has put people in positions because they are too entitled for their own good.

As Alastor was in the middle of a rant about a wimpy overlord he has killed, Angel flung the doors open. Both doors srung and crashed into everything. Angel walked in, glaring at all the people starring at him

"Oh get over your-fucking-selve guys, I ain't even here to kill"

With the stench of blood, and the stains of blood all over him... It made the people felt less relaxed around the angered spider. Alastor's gaze was fixed on the bloodied Angel.

He might even admire Angel's appearance if the stench from him didn't make his own body recoil and he had to stop himself from gagging.

'Disgusting disgusting disgusting
D I S G U S T I N G'

Angel looked at Alastor, who was disgusted. Angel's entire body flarred with rage.

'HOW DARE HE LOOK AT HIM LIKE THAT?'

Charlie ran over to see if she could help, but Angel yelled at her to stop trying to help everyone and stomped back to his room. The lobby was deafeningly quiet.

"Wait, what the fuck did we just see?"

Charlie shook his head.
"Why is he being so fucking hostile? I was only trying to help..."tears pricking her eyes
