I quickly walked myself home, and I couldn't seem to get the stupid blush off of my face throughout the whole walk. As soon as I got home, I collapsed onto my bed and screamed in my pillow. How was I meant to process what had just happened? And how was I supposed to deal with it again next week? 

The boy who I've been in love with for the past two years called me cute multiple times, and I was just supposed to accept that was what happened???

Without knowing what else I could do, I quickly reached for my phone and called Asako. 

"Wassup Y/N? Do ya need something?" Asako asked.

"HELP," I quickly responded. 

"Woah, what happened?" Asako questioned.

"So basically I had the whole tutoring session with Oikawa-"

"OMG what happened! I wanna know all the details." Asako cut me off. 

"So to put it simply he didn't pay any attention to what I was explaining to him and then he called me cute and now I don't know what to do." I said. 

"Awww~ That's adorable! You were all flustered and stormed off, didn't you?" 

"I- H-how did you know that Asako?!" 

"Ehe~ It was a lucky guess, but I just assumed that's what you did because it's something that you'd definitely do." I could practically sense the annoying smirk that Asako had on her face.

I groaned. "So? What exactly do I do now?" 

"Well... you should flirt back! He's obviously into you if he's flirting that much so catch Oikawa off guard with a cute pick up line!" Asako exclaimed. 

"..." I didn't respond for a moment. "What do you want me to do? Say a cringey chemistry pick up line? Like that'll work." I deadpanned.

"Fair point." Asako paused to think. "Well, if that won't work, then you should do something more physical!"

"T-the hell are you trying to say, Asako?!" I blushed at the thought of what she could be suggesting. 

"Not like that Y/N! I meant that you should like tease him a bit." Asako said.

"That doesn't make it any better, Asako."

"Ugh! I mean that you should like try holding his hand, or like brush your hand against his arm and things like that! Like give him hints that you're into him."

"Eh, I don't know. That's better than what I thought you were saying but I don't wanna make him uncomfortable." 

"Well then if you'd rather do something more like what you thought I was saying, then you should like drop something by accident and then bend over slowly to pick it back up and tease him like that." Asako replied nonchalantly. 

"What! N-no way in hell am I doing that!" I practically shouted. 

"Well them I'm out of ideas, I was only listing the random things that seemed to work in some of those BL mangas I've read." Asako commented. 

"Ugh, it's fine, I'll figure something out or I'll just disappear, either would work." 

"Well then, I guess I'll see ya tomorrow, bye!" Asako responded and she hung up the phone.

I sighed, and went on with the rest of my night. Throughout the whole thing I couldn't help but think about Oikawa and his stupid smile that made me so happy, and his stupid face that was just too handsome. Ugh! Everything about him was just so stupidly perfect and I didn't know what to do about it.

Throughout the next day and over the weekend nothing too interesting seemed to take place, and if anything, they were bland and normal days. The only difference was that I could never seem to think clearly or sleep. For some reason, whenever I tried to focus on something in class, or whenever I was trying to fall asleep, my mind would wander back to Oikawa, and it was annoying. 

Once it was Monday morning I groaned at the loud noise of my alarm. I couldn't sleep at all that night. I got ready for school, and I walked to school. Once I got to school, I plopped down in my seat, and sat through the terribly boring lessons for what felt like an eternity. 

Then, the lunch bell finally rang, and I walked off to the cafeteria. I quickly spotted Asako who seemed to be talking with some of the boys volleyball team. I was too tired so I didn't even notice. 

"Oi, Asako." Asako turned to me, and I continued talking. "I'm gonna head up to the roof, are you coming?" 

"Oh, yeah I'll be up there in a few minutes." Asako replied. 

"Ok," I walked off to the rooftop. 

I sat down and brought out my lunch. I stared off the rooftop and looked at the sky. 

"Hi N/N-chan~" Oikawa sang. 

I groaned, pulled my knees into my chest, and took the jacket that went over my uniform and pulled it over my head. "Nope, not today brain, not today with the stupid delusions or tricks I'm too tired for this." 

"Aw, N/N-chan~" Oikawa poked my cheek. "I'm not a delusion, though it's cute that you would think about me enough to practically dream about me." 

I groaned again, and looked over to see Asako and Oikawa. Asako giggled and had a stupid grin on her face once more. "Ugh! Asakoooooo, why would you do this to me?" 

"Ehe~ Well it's not my fault, Oikawa practically invited himself, and I wasn't about to stop him." Asako said. 

"Aw~ Do you really not wanna hang out with me that much, N/N-chan? So mean!" Oikawa pouted. 

"Wait, N/N-chan?" I felt myself blush a little bit at the thought of a nickname like that.

"Yup! I thought it was just about as cute as you, but seeing you blush like that I guess nothing could be as adorable as you." Oikawa smiled at me. 

I quickly turned my head away from Oikawa and tried to hide my bright red face with my arm. 

Oikawa turned my head to face him, and he pulled my face a little too close to his. His thumb brushed over my bottom lip, and his brown eyes stared into my e/c eyes. 

I heard a click noise and a flash of light come from the direction of Asako. 

I pushed Oikawa away from me by placing my hands on his chest. In my rush to get away from Oikawa, I ended up almost falling off of the bench we were sitting on, but Oikawa managed to catch me before I fell. 

"Be careful there, little prince, we wouldn't want you getting hurt now, would we?" Oikawa smirked. 

Then, the bell rang, signaling that it was time for everyone to go back to class. I sighed. "Finally, now if you'll excuse me I'm off to class." 

"Aw, wait up N/N-chan! Let me walk you to class!" Oikawa ran up behind me and followed me all the way to class.
