A/N - Another kind of whole chapter hidden in her drafts for you <3

They've locked me out?" I laughed in disbelief, "Tuesday?"
"Yes?"
"Take over, lock everyone out."
"Everyone, miss stark?"
"Everyone."

I watched as the building before me went dark, all movement ceasing, and then, on my signal, it lit up again, this time, I stood before the press.

"Listen to me, right here, right now. If you think for one second I'm going to let you take my fathers...my company, you have another thing coming. Let it be known I am the one in control, and I will fight for my family."

"Hey Squidward 2.0!" The man's head turned to face me, "claws off." I fired and he let out an agreed growl, throwing Peter back as I flew forwards.

"Are you insane?!" Pepper was freaking out, I could tell from the way she threw her arms up at me.
"What else was I supposed to do? Let them take it all?!" I responded.
"Yes! Yes, Riley, you were. Now they're watching you too," she rubbed her forehead.
"Oh, what difference does it make? They know about Peter and I, they saw me with him!" I stated, throwing an arm in the direction of the news broadcast playing on the nearby monitor. "And until now you had a case, you had an out." Pepper lowered her voice, taking a deep breath.
"I'm a stark, my name is my out." I learn against the wall.
"God, you are so much like your father." She shook her head, almost laughing at the situation.
"Good, he's everything I could wish to be." I told her.
"Riley, listen to me, you have to take it back, let them back into the systems, and..."
"And they'll use our weapons against us? No."
"No they won't, Riley, you have to lis..."

My eyes drifted to the screen over her shoulder, her voice becoming null to my ears as I saw the building. It was Happy's apartment, and now, rubble. "Riley? Riley, what is .." pepper turned, eyes also landing on the screen, before looking back at me as my suit began to form. "Go."

I ran outside as fast as I could, my suit closing around my body, Happy's phone location appearing on the GPS. "Call him." I watched as it rang, but nothing came back, just his voicemail. "Get me the camera."
"Camera unresponsive."
"Pull up the feed." I watched as the camera appeared, showing Peter opening up the door, and then multiple men I'd never seen before entering. Then I hovered above the wreck, looking down and seeing SWAT surrounding the building. "Shit."

"Run!"

My eyes landed on the spruce of the voice, Happy pinned to a car.
"Spider-Man detected."
"Alright, Tuesday, take out their sight." I ordered, before launching an EMP and flying low under the cover of darkness. As soon as I spotted Peter, my heart stopped. "Pete, we gotta go."
"Riley? She's...it's al.." he glanced back, eyes full of tears as he leant over the still body of the woman that raised him.
"Now, Peter, we gotta go now!" I reached out a hand, feeling his pain, but knowing we had to move, I had to keep him alive for her.
"Ok, I...I'm sorry." He looked down, kissing May's head one last time, before nodding at me. I flew up and he latched on, my body taking me to the one place we could escape, the rooftops.

As soon as we were close enough Peter jumped down, grabbing his hair in anger, tears falling. "I'm sorry, Peter, I should've been there, I.." I went to hug him but he stepped away, holding a hand out.
"Stop." I froze, tucking my suit away, and meeting his eyes, "it's my fault." His voice broke as he said the words, and I pushed through his limited remaining strength, forcing him into my arms as he collapsed to the floor, leaning into my embrace. "I'm here, okay? I've got you."
"He...I let them in, I tried to help them...and he.."
"Okay, it's okay, you don't have to talk," I ran my hand through his hair, shushing him as I held him closer, my own tears now beginning to fall as I looked up. "They'll take care of her, my dad, Nat...Ben, all of them, they're together."
"Yeah?"
"Yeah, and your parents. It's gonna be okay."

"There's...there's some guys here.."
"Stop!"

"I believe this belongs to you?"
"Thank you, Otto."
"No, thank you." I nodded, before holding the arc reactor closer, looking up at the stars.
"I did it dad."

"Peter! Peter stop! He's not worth it Peter, I've been here, he's not worth it!"
"He can't hear you, not where he is." I looked across at the oldest Peter Parker.
"Can you stop him?" I looked between the two, who nodded, before moving out, my feet frozen to the spot as I watched in hope it wasn't too late.

"Peter, ple.."
"I have to do this. You'll be okay, I know you will."
"I can't lose someone else, please."
"You won't, she'll still know me as Spider-Man, right?" We both looked up at Strange.
"Yes, any memories from before you knew Peter was Spider-Man, you will still have."
"You come find me, straight away, you hear me? Don't let me be alone." I met peters eyes.
"I won't, I promise." He nodded.
"I love you, Peter."
"I love you too." We shared one last kiss, tears falling as we pulled away.
"Go, say goodbye to them." I looked down at MJ and Ned, and he squeezed my hand tight, my heart racing as he jumped down.

"You're sure this will work?" I looked up at Stephen.
"It's all we got, Kid."
"Then let's save the world...again." I was ready.
"You've got Tony's heart, Riley, and I'm sorry it had to go this way." His words were genuine, and I saw that he cared more than he showed, the similarities between him and my father clearer than ever. "Just do it, Strange." He nodded, before focusing on the spell once more, the orange chains circling around us, my eyes landing on Peter as he flew away.
