49 - Calm Before The Storm

It was a rather sunny day. After all, it had been summer at the start of June. The entire schooling committee would be on summer break; students and teachers alike.

On this day, Jimin and Jungkook had been invited to Hoseok's. Well... It was a small celebration to commemorate the start of summer vacation. However, Jimin was allowed to bring Jungkook since Hoseok had invited his boyfriend, Yoongi, as well.

At the moment, Jimin had been adjusting a pair of earrings as he stood at his mirror in his bedroom. Soon, his eyes flickered behind him as he watched Jungkook enter his bedroom, already dressed to leave, and approaching him from behind to wrap his arms around Jimin's waist.

The older had seen the action coming thanks to the mirror. He immediately relaxed into the touch. Jimin was happy. It was summer vacation and now, they could focus on their relationship without having distractions.

"You look pretty, as always," Jungkook whispered into Jimin's neck as he nuzzled his nose into Jimin's neck, inhaling his scent of honey and cinnamon.

"Thank you, my love. You look handsome as well. Ready to go?" Jimin asked as he turned around and held Jungkook by his neck. The younger just leaned forward to peck Jimin's lips.

"I'm worried. Will other teachers from my school be there?" Jungkook pouted as he continuously pecked Jimin's lips in between his question.

"There might be. But, Yoongi will be there too. We can just tell them we're together now. We may have to bend the truth a little and say that we only started dating after you graduated, but at least we don't have to hide, right?" Jimin asked, causing Jungkook to nod.

After their little kiss, Jungkook held Jimin's hand and led them out of their shared home, locking the door behind them before Jungkook took the initiative to drive Jimin's car.

The familiar route to Yoongi's home had been memorized by Jimin. He noticed the familiar route, and when Jungkook parked in Yoongi's driveway, the older instantly remembered that Yoongi and Hoseok were neighbors. That's how they got closer and became a couple. Jimin smiled. It's odd how they all had a weird moment that put them closer to their lover.

For Hoseok and Yoongi, the younger had been caught getting dressed in his bedroom when Hoseok had finally started to feel some sort of sexual attraction towards him. That was a real game changer. To say that Hoseok could look at the younger in the same 'just a student' light would be a lie.

Jimin smiled as he exited the car with Jungkook, the younger immediately stepping at Jimin's side and wrapping his arm around the older's waist as he kissed the side of Jimin's temple while they walked across Yoongi's yard to enter Hoseok's.

"I heard from Yoongi that there's only five of them there. Apparently, Hoseok only invited his close friends," Jungkook whispered against Jimin's temple as they walked to Hoseok's porch.

"That takes the anxiety away," Jimin responded as they stepped up to the front door.

Once they did, Jimin held out a small fist and rapped on the door quickly, the couple waiting for a good minute before someone opened the door for them. It was a very relieved Yoongi.

"Thank God, you're here. Being in a house full of teachers from my former school is giving me anxiety," Yoongi spoke as he pulled Jungkook inside by the arm, the younger in turn pulling Jimin in with him since his other arm was wrapped around his waist. The couple entered as they looked at Yoongi.

"I thought you said there were only five?" Jungkook asked, causing Yoongi to nod.

"Yes, and that's three too many. Three teachers are here besides us. I was the only student until you came along and...Hoseok lied and said that we just started dating after I graduated... Which, I reiterate, is a big fat lie," Yoongi hissed under his breath, allowing the couple to enter the foyer of Hoseok's home.
