"These facilities are gorgeous," Phastos compliments as Shuri gives a tour. Even though you've seen them before you decide to tag along with him and Ikaris, wanting to see their reactions.

"Thank you," the princess replies, "they are the best in the world."

"I don't doubt it," Phastos agrees.

"So," Shuri speaks up as you make your way into her personal lab, looking at you, "we're second guessing your entire existence?"

"I guess so," you say looking out the window, before taking a seat at the table next to Bruce. He gives you a soft smile.

Bruce had already given her a brief rundown over the phone, telling her all the details as needed.

"Do you think the program you implemented in Bucky could work?" Bruce asks from his spot at the table, having waited for the three of you to arrive.

You, Ikaris and Phastos sit down at the table with him.

"It might," Shuri, "but we don't know if Y/N was brain washed."

"I don't think I was?" You say it as more of a question.

"I think you'd know," Ikaris says.

"I agree," you say.

"So far now we'll take that off the table," Bruce says, "but your memory has definitely just altered."

"Bucky dealt with a memory suppressing machine," you recall, "it took him months to recover any memories prior to hydra."

"And," Bruce adds on, "he's still remembering things now."

"Is that what could happen to you?" Ikaris asks.

"It could be," Phastos speaks up, "it's an unknown territory, though."

"Bucky remembered Steve when he saw him though," you speak up, "or recognized him at least."

"But you didn't recognize us," Phastos says.

"I didn't," you confirm.

"The real question is: where were you for the last five hundred years?" Shuri questions and you shrug.

"There are ten other eternals," Phastos says, "the probability of us not finding or seeing you is low."

"Impossibly so," Bruce adds on.

"It doesn't make sense," Shuri speaks up, "that's for sure."

The group is silent for a moment, deep in thought.

"What if I wasn't living the last five hundred years?" You offer up.

"What do you mean?" Ikaris questions.

"What if I was frozen like Steve, or what if-"

"You were taken to the future?" Phastos finishes the thought.

"That's crazy," Ikaris immediately cuts in.

"I've seen crazier things happen," you say.

"I just traveled through the quantum realm to retrieve the infinity stones and saw my astral body," Bruce says, "so this isn't completely out there."

"We also fought an army of robots, aliens and he," you point to Bruce, "turns into a green rage monster."

"That's excessive," Bruce says, rubbing his eyes.

"I don't think we can compare you and Bucky though," Bruce continues, "I think it's a different component of the brain."

Shuri pulls up a holographic diagram on the brain.
