"Thank you guys for coming out tonight." Puck addressed the crowd as he strummed his guitar. "I started out performing here in New York on the street and at little cafes while my girlfriend at the time was building her acting career."
Puck looked into the audience and continued strumming softly.
"Two of the questions I get the most are: why do you do Christmas shows in New York instead of L.A.? and aren't you Jewish?"
The crowd laughed lightly.
"I'm Jewish, but that girlfriend I mentioned earlier isn't, so our kids get a little bit of both. And L.A. is home for us now, but New York has always been special to us, especially at Christmastime." Puck explained. "My wife and I try to take our kids here every year to see the Rockefeller tree and go ice skating in Bryant Park. Touristy stuff like that."
Puck paused for a moment as he looked into the audience, smiling at the sight of his family.
"Quinn and the kids are here tonight so hi guys. This one is for you."
