Chapter - 02

Austin's POV

" Grandpa, you know what I am talking about. Now tell me what are you talking about? " I asked him giving him a serious look.

" Okay okay that's enough,John. Tell the poor boy about it. " Grandma gave a stern look to grandpa but I can see she is trying to hide her smile.

" Okay,  so as you know that we are going to India for my bestfriend's grandson's marriage." He started.

" Me and Gurmel were really very close and very good friends like you and Luke are. So when we were done with college and he decided to go back to India and take over his father's company, we both were sad to not be able to see each other frequently. " I can see in his eyes that he misses his friend.

" As both of our family's also became very close ,we both decided that we should turn our friendship into relationship " He smiled as if he's living those moments once again.

" So we came to a conclusion that we will marry our kids. but we will never force them. " He looked at me to see my reaction but I kept my face emotionless so he continued.

" During college, Amelia fell in love with Jayden. I didn't want to force her into anything so me and Gurmel decided that we will get the next generation married to each other and that is your generation. " He looked at me again but I couldn't say anything. I was trying to take everything in he just said.

" He have a very beautiful granddaughter . She is very sweet and cares a lot about her family. She is also very intelligent. " I saw something in his eyes and if I'm not worng ,it was adoration. Adoration for that girl.

" I want you to meet her and then decide if you want to turn it into a relationship or not. I will not force you. " He smiled at me.

" What if she don't want to marry me or something ? " I asked out of curiosity.

" No one will force her. But I know for a fact that she will never deny her grandfather's wish. He was very close to her and she loved her grandpa more than anything.  She was devastated when her grandpa died. " He looked very sad about his death. Wait! What??!?  He's dead?!!??

"  He's dead ?? " I asked him.

" Yes,  he died due to an accident five years ago. " He said with tears in his eyes.

" Oh, Okay. " I was upset because my grandpa was upset. I love him a lot that I can not see him sad.

" Alright, so enough off this story. Time to have breakfast. "Grandma came in from the kitchen and asked us to have breakfast.

We went to the dining room and started having our breakfast.

" You have to stop your playboy habits . " Grandpa said out of nowhere. I looked at him questioningly asking how does he know.

" Don't look at me like that,  I know you very well grandson. Also I have my man following you everywhere. "
He said the last line in a playful manner.

I know who he is talking about. Of course, who else than that mama's boy,  LUKE !!!

" I'm going to kill him " I muttered almost inaudibly. But of course grandpa heard that.

" You do that and I'll whoop your ass. " He said threatening me. And I was afraid. You can easily tell by looking at my face. Because he never give empty threats.

" Oh no,  I was just joking " I laughed nervously afraid to get my ass whooped.

"You better be. " he said and continued his breakfast .
