Chapter - 08

Austin POV

After taking the call, I was checking mails on my laptop, when Luke came .

"Hey dude, what are you doing?", He asked.

"Nothing, just checking the mails", I said to him.

"Is there any problem ?",he asked Worridly.

"No" ,I said

"Oh and what was the looks you were giving to Amber downstairs? ",He asked

"What looks ?", I said to him still checking on mails.

"You looked ready to pounce at her on that very moment. Pervert. ", he said .

"Yeah, I i want to pounce at her, have way with her at all the times. ", I said

"No, you can't do that. ", he said seriously.

"Why ?", I asked

"Firstly, if grandpa came to know, you know how badly he will react. Secondly, her family will kill you", he said

"No, they will not .", I said to him.

"Why do you think so? "He asked

"Because she is going to be wife very soon. ", I said to him.

"What??", He asked shockingly.
"Are you serious? Because you just said you want to have her, like in a sexual way or some shit but WIFE? This haa to be the best joke of the year. ", he said with a nervous laugh as if expecting me to say that everything's a joke. "

"I am serious Luke. She was the reason i came to India. ", I said to him.

"So you are saying that you have known her from before you met her? ", he asked

"On the day of flight I came to know about her .", I said

"And you got ready to marry her?", he asked surprised expression.

"Yeah, it was both our grandpa's wish for us to marry. Grandpa told me the complete story. "

"Ohhhhh ,that's the thing. ", he said very loudly.

"Well, I don't know how you are going to handle her. " , he said while smiling.

"You don't have worry about that, I can handle her", I said

"Let's see . And don't hurt her ever in your life. ", he said seriously.

"You don't have to say anything, okay ? "
Now get out of here and good night "", I said to him

"Yeah, yeah  I'm going and good night. ", he said

I took a shower before going to bed. I slowly slipped into slumber with the thoughts of MY AMBER .

NEXT MORNING

I woke up next morning with alarm blaring on my head. After snoozing the alarm, got ready . I checked the time after putting on my watch to see it was 7 am. And there was message from Luke to come downstairs for breakfast. I made my way downstairs and saw their guests sitting there. I think they are the guests who were coming today but they arrived earlier.

"Good morning", I wished them.  I eyed Amber who was looking no less than a angel in her dress. Her cheeks were so red and chubby that i wanted squeeze and bite them.
