Chapter - 19

After few days

Amber's POV

Today is my first day as a direct assistant to Austin. In these days, Bella helped me a lot in understanding the work.

After getting ready in my work outfit and having breakfast with the family, in which, as always, Austin was not present at the table, Luke dropped me off to work like everyday.

I went to my office and checked out today's schedule for Austin.

Third person POV

After checking the schedule, Amber goes to canteen to take a cup of tea for herself.

She was ordering her tea when someone spoke to her.

"Hey Amber" a girl said.

"Hi rita" Amber replied.

"How are you" Rita ask her.

"I am good. How about you? " Amber said with a smile.

"Good. Wanna have coffee with my friends?" Rita asked hopefully.

"Mmm, yeah sure" Amber says with hesitation.

"Miss, your tea" the worker called her.

"Thank you" she said.

"Come, let's introduce you to my friends. " Rita almost dragged Amber to where her friends were sitting.

"Guys meet my friend, Amber." Rita said to her friends who were busy in eating their breakfast and talking.

"Hi" everyone chores together.

"Sit amber" Rita said and Amber sat down beside her.

"Are you indian by chance?" Amber asked a boy who was eating his sandwich.

"Yeah. Are you also an Indian by any chance? " he asked with smile.

"Yeah" Amber replied.

"My name is Shourya." he said and forwarded his hands to shake.

"Amber" she said while shaking her hand with him.

"We are also here." Two boys said at the same time.

"Ohh myself amber and you are? " Amber trailed asking for their names.

"Myself Chris and he is David." one of the boys said and shook his hands with her.

"Nice to meet you all" Amber smiled.

"Same here" David replied with smile.

"Amber, do you have any plans for tonight? " Rita asked.

"No, why did you ask? "Amber asked while sipping her tea.

"Good. Actually we are going clubbing tonight, so i thought why not take you with us. " Rita excitedly said.

"So are you coming today? " Chris asked.

"Hmmm, ok i will" Amber said after thinking about it for a while.

"Good, I will pick you up from your home, just text me your address." Shourya said with smile.

"Ok , I will. What time are we going? I " Amber enquired.

"I will pick you on 7pm." Shourya said.

"Ok. Well it was nice meeting you all, but now i have to go. It's time for bosss to arrive. " Amber said and stood up from her seat.

"Ok, bye" everyone bid goodbye and went back to their works.

Amber was waiting the for lift when she saw Austin entering his private lift which goes directly to his office's floor. She ran towards the lift as she was getting late. And she entered the lift before he had the time to say anything.
