'This little pass with grand you permission to go to the village.', Professor Forestar said as he was handing Naexi the pass. 'You need to keep this until your last year and if you lose it, you're screwed because no, we shall not give you a new one. Treasure it greatly and do not lose it. Got it?' The class chorused "yes", and they were free to go.
Raven skipped happily toward the eating hall and quickly found Jisu and Amara.
'I got a pass.', Raven said proudly as she sat down next to the two. Amara smiled brightly.
'That's amazing! We could visit the village in the afternoon! We can try to find Varitan!',
Raven nodded quickly, accepting the plate with food Jisu was handing her.
'I am very curious to see what he's doing!', Raven said with a mouth full off sandwich. 'I think he's doing something with hunting. He's very good at that, did you know? He is an amazing archer- I learned it from him.',
'You know how to handle a bow and arrow?', Jisu asked. Raven nodded. 'That's... good.',
'It is.', Raven agreed. She finished her sandwich. 'Shall we go?',
Raven dropped off her stuff at her room. She turned her bag around to put her stuff on her bag and put the book she got from Alec in the now empty bag. Blaise looked quite frustrated at his interrupted slumber.
'Don't be like that.', Raven scoffed, scooping her demon up and putting them up her shoulder. 'We're going to try and find Varitan. Let's go!',
She skipped down the purple lit hallway, toward the large double doors for the hallway. Amara and Jisu were waiting for her at the entrance, Amara glaring at Jade and her group, who were staring at them down the hallway. Raven rolled her eyes.
'They can't ever mind their own business, can they now...', Raven sighed. 'Anyway, off we go!'
Raven let the group out of the castle, and they walked toward the village. The village was crowded with people who were walking around for their shopping for their groceries, students who wanted to take a little look now they had gotten their pass, and some tourists visiting the village for the first time.
Raven's eyes shot around, trying to find Varitan in this crowded place, praying that he somewhere around.
'Oh... Where could he be?', Raven whispered. 'He has to be somewhere around here!',
'He's an archer, right?', Amara said. 'He must be in the market somewhere. Maybe looking for new arrows?',
Raven turned around and dashed toward the market. She looked left and right to all the little stands around. There were stands of food, jewelry, crystals, potion ingredients, supplies for arrows and bows. Raven skipped to the stand and looked around. There stood a lot of man around the stand, bragging about how well they could shoot. Raven rolled her eyes and looked the content of the stand. Lots of arrows laid around, some even had a colorful feather on the end.
Jisu stood behind her, glancing over her shoulder.
'Why are the feathers so colorful?', she asked. 'Isn't that only distracting?',
'I'm sure it had a reason.', Raven said, lifting up an arrow with a purple feather. 'But I have to say it's quite pretty.',
A group of man next to them glanced at them and scoffed.
'Out of my way, little girl.', He shoved Raven to the side. 'It's only for the real archers here. This is not for kids.',
Raven stared at the man, and crossed her arms, carful that she didn't prick herself with the arrow.
