This is an Author's note issuing a possible Trigger warning to some readers! This chapter will be about Bucky Battling Paternal Postpartum Depression (PPD) because this is a very real thing and I know the topic of depression can be triggering to some people...As an over comer of Depression myself, I want to make it known that if this is a sensitive topic for you I would advise skipping this chapter, however; just know that if anyone wants to ever talk, I'm always a set of ears around to listen! *Bucky having a Nightmare*

Bucky was secured in a chair, helpless...he had been subjected to the physical pain of being erased yet again. There was an elaborate mechanical device on either side of his head, which was used to deliver the shocks to his brain. As always, this part of the transformation caused him to scream in pain.

Next...the cursed words.

"Zhelaniye (Longing)."

"Rzhaviy (Rusted)."

"Semnadtsat (Seventeen)."

"rassvet (Daybreak)."

"Rassviyet (Furnace)."

"Devyat (Nine)."

"dobrokachestvennyy (Benign)."

"Vozvrashcheniye na rodinu (Homecoming)."

"Odin (One)."

"Gruzovoy vagon (Freight car)"

By the time the trigger words had been rattled off, It was always followed with Bucky's infamous response.

"Gotov soblyudat (Ready to comply)."

"I have a mission for you." Karpov replies. "Sanktsiya i vypiska. Svideteley net. (Sanction and Extract. No Witnesses)."

Later on that night, A car had been driving down a dirt road alone. The Winter Soldier was waiting at the side of the road with his motorcycle.

As the car passed, the Winter Soldier followed. He comes alongside the car and disables it causing it to slam into a tree. The Winter Soldier brings the motorcycle back around and climbs off. He walks to the car trunk and rips it open, and sees baby Ivory swaddled up in the blanket in the trunk of the car.

The soldier dropped his weapons immediately and flinched back at the sight before him.

The Present

Bucky flinched awake and shouted "IVORY!"

Before he began frantically looking around for Ivory. Bucky sighed in relief when he saw the child had been peacefully laying in her car seat. It appears Ivory had taken a power nap right along with Bucky.
