Y/N POV

I fix up my clothes before nodding to myself. Heading into the ballroom I see everyone shuffling to the current song. I then head to the punch bowl.

Y/N: "Hey guys."

Jaune/Ruby: "Hey/hi."

Y/N: "You guys hiding near the punch bowl too?"

Jaune: "Yep."

Y/N: "Then to the socially awkward."

Ruby: "Yeah."

Jaune: "Here here."

They raise their hands when Jaune looks to the side.

Jaune: "Excuse me."

He walks away then up to Pyrrha. They talk when Pyrrha shakes her head. They then begin dancing.

Y/N: "Well there's a shocker."

Ruby: "Bout time they got together."

I shake my head when another song begins playing. This causes everyone to begin pairing up leaving me all alone. I go to sit this one out when someone places their hand on my shoulder.

Blake: "May I have this dance?"

Y/N: "You may."

I turn around and begin dancing.

Y/N: "You look good."

Blake: "Thanks. You don't look half bad yourself."

Y/N: "So how're you doing?"

Blake: "Honestly? I don't know. On one hand I'm glad you're back safe and sound. But on the other I... uh..."

Y/N: "What is it?"

Blake: "I don't know. Whenever you're around I feel weird."

Y/N: "Describe it."

Blake: "It's like my heart will flutter right outta my chest. Like I can't stop smiling whenever you're around."

My eyebrows slightly raise, she feels the same way I do.

Y/N: "Does it fell like you can't focus on anything else when I'm around?"

Blake: "Yes. How did you know?"

Y/N: "Because... I... uh..."

Blake: "Yes?"

I look at her before sighing.

Y/N: "I feel the exact same way. Whenever I'm with you my whole day is instantly better. Whenever we're together I just want us to always be that way. I like you Blake."

Her bow twitches as some red hits her cheeks.

Blake: "You... like me?"

Y/N: "Y-Yes."

More red hits her cheeks before she smiles. 

Blake: "I like you too."

Now my cheeks turn red, the girl I like likes me back. She looks up at me as the world seems to slow down. Like in the hospital we find ourselves drawing closer. But unlike last time our lips fully connect. When we pull apart we smile before hugging each other.

Blake: "I love you Y/N."

Y/N: "I love you too Blake."

She lays her head on my chest as we finish our dance. The next day the Vytal Tournament commences. I cheer as Blake's team advances further into the tournament. Once they leave the arena I meet up with them at a noodle shop. When I arrive I see Blake talking to the owner.

Y/N: "You four did incredibly well."

Ruby: "Thanks, we trained like crazy."

Weiss: "And it all paid off."

Y/N: "Then looks like you should all celebrate."

Yang: "We are."

As she says that we're handed a big bowl of noodles. When mine's set down I see a message written on my noodles. My cheeks become red which makes Blake giggle. 

Yang: "Why're you red Y/N?"

Y/N: "No reason. Let's eat."

I dig into my noodles when other people join us.

Pyrrha: "That was quite the match."

Nora: "Now I can't wait to see who our opponent is. I'll break their legs."

Y/N: "You really concern me sometimes."

They order a bowl. After a satisfying meal we head back to the auditorium. As I sit in my seat Blake takes a seat on my lap.

Yang: "Blake?"

Blake: "Yes?"

Ruby: "Why're you sitting so close to Y/N?"

Weiss: "Isn't it obvious? They're dating."

Yang/Ruby: "When that happen?"

Blake: "At the dance."

Ruby: "Well, it's good to see you happy."

Yang: "Same here."

Y/N: "Weiss?"

Weiss: "You're free to date whomever you want."

Blake smiles then kisses my cheek.

Ruby: "Hey look, JNPR's walking into the arena."

We look to see them getting ready. As they do battle something in me goes off. 

Blake: "What's wrong?"

Y/N: "I have this horrible sense of dread. Like something bad is about to happen."

My feeling is proven correct as the Aura screen screeches. We then hear a voice that I instantly recognize.

Adam: "Humans of Remnant, for years you've done nothing but look down and hate us. You beat us into the ground cursing our exitance. You gladly push us around because you think us as the inferior species. But today we shall fight back. Today we Faunus will rise up and show you our fangs. Today, Faunus become the top species and the humans will become the abused."
