It's Christmas Eve.

Shit.

It's Christmas Eve.

I don't have a dress and the ball is tonight.

How could I be such an idiot.

I've gone to every shop in Hogsmeade trying to find a dress to wear but I haven't found anything.

What the hell do I do?

I get out of Draco's bed, removing his arm from around me. By now I know he'll wake up when I get up, but I still try to be quiet anyway.

"Shit shit shit. Fuck me!" I curse quietly to myself.

"I already have." Draco grunts, sitting up in bed, "What's wrong?"

I scramble through the closet, looking for one of my dresses that could work.

"Nothing. I just.. i'm freaking out about tonight. I don't have a dress yet."

Draco groans and lays back down.

Typical.

I'm about to leave the room before I realize that i'm still completely naked from last night with Draco.

I scurry over to the closet, picking out a quick outfit to put on.

Once i'm dressed, I run out the door.

I probably should've said something to Draco, but oh well. I'll catch up with him in a few minutes.

I knock on Blaise's door, "Blaise. It's Savanna."

Blaise opens the door, and luckily for me I see Teila sitting on his bed.

I walk to Teila quickly and sit down next to her, "Do you have a dress I could borrow for the ball by any chance."

She frowns and I brace myself for the disappointment.

"I'm sorry Savanna, I only have the one i'm wearing. I'm more of a skirt kinda girl."

I sigh.

"What's all the fuss mouse?" Blaise asks me.

I bury my face in my hands, "I don't have a dress for the ball. I'm a bloody idiot."

He thinks for a second, then his face lights up, "Isn't Draco's mom here? You should ask her."

My eyes grow wide and I hop up immediately, "Oh shit! Blaise you're a genius, thank you!" I say as a run out the door.

Unfortunately i'm not equipped with enough knowledge to know what room she's staying in.

So I head to Dumbledore's office.

He tells me she's in room 71 in the Slytherin hall.

I'm out of breath from traveling around the school this morning when I knock on her door.

She opens it quickly, and as soon as she lets me in, she gives me a hug.

"What brings you here so early?" she asks.

I fidget with my fingers, "I don't have a dress for the ball and I was wondering if you had anything?"

She runs over to the closet and fumbles through it, "I'm afraid I don't have anything that would fit well for a ball."

My face ends up in my hands again, "Oh no."

"Don't fret dear," Narcissa says, "How about this. We'll go to my favorite shop later today before the ball. I'm sure we'll find something for you there."
