3 weeks later"Have you picked bridesmaids?" Teila asks me.
I shrug. "I still don't really know. You're one, but right now i'm a little clueless on who to choose. I don't have many people that like me. As soon as Draco started having a thing for me all of a sudden all of these girls hate me."
"They're just jealous because you're prettier than them."
"Maybe i'll just have a small wedding. But Draco loves parties, so he might want to go big with it." I say.
"Well, it's your engagement party tonight. Just see how you like it. Everyone in our year is going, so if you like this, you could just invite these same people."
"Good idea." I turn around to face her. "How do I look?"
"Smokin hot." She says.
She approaches me with two bobby-pins, and gets behind me to pin some pieces of my hair.
"I'm surprised the school is letting all of us go to the Leaky Cauldron for this." Teila says.
"I know. They said as long as everyone comes back in one piece it's fine. The Leaky Cauldron is fine with it too. Draco's paying them to make sure only students from here can get inside."
"Fancy." She laughs. Then she groans. "I love this dress. If I were you, I would get married in this."
I'm wearing a short floraly lace white dress that goes off my shoulders. Draco picked it out, but it's a little strange that it looks kinda similar to my wedding dress in a way.
"He's pretty good at buying me clothes." I say.
"Egh. He's so rich it makes me sick. I hope he dies first just so you can get all his money."
I smack her in the arm when she's done with my hair. "Stop it." I laugh.
She holds her hands up defensively. "I'm just saying."
I slip on my heels and put on some lipgloss before we leave to get on the train.
Once we're on, we find Draco and Blaise.
Draco's wearing his usual black suit, man-spreading right in front me. Blaise is sitting next to him, which apparently Draco doesn't enjoy once I show up. "Get up and make room for my fiancée."
He does as he's told. "Damn, you get engaged and all of a sudden you're ordering me around."
I sit down next to Draco and he puts his arm around me. "Yeah Draco stop being so bitchy."
He rolls his eyes. "I'm sorry."
Blaise sits down next to Teila. "So when's this wedding?" Blaise asks.
Draco and I look at each other, not exactly knowing when yet. "Probably after we're done with school. But we don't know specifics yet."
I shake my head. "I'm tired of talking about us. What's up with you guys?"
Teila says something along the lines of, "We're normal, nothing too new with us."
But it's hard for me to concentrate on what she's saying when all i'm focused on is Draco's hand placement.
His arm that's wrapped around me is lightly dragging up and down my arm, and his opposite hand is on my thigh, slowly creeping farther up. I can't help but the love the way his hands feel on me.
I know this waiting is killing him. He wants nothing more than to make love to me. It's his way of showing me he loves me, and when I don't allow him to do that, he gets extra touchy. I really want to let him in, but I feel like it should be special.
