Throughout the whole dinner people have been visiting our table. But there's one person that caught me a little off guard.

"Pansy?"

She's dressed nicely, with longer hair now after the almost three years since i've seen her. She's fidgeting with her fingers. "Yeah."

"I thought you were dead." Draco says.

She takes a deep breath. "I almost was."

She seems really nervous and scared. I'm not sure why. I don't think i've ever seen her look nervous or scared.

"I want to apologize to you, Savanna. Um- actually both of you." She says. "During the battle... Savanna you cared about me. You wanted to help me, even if you couldn't. I knew your heart was in the right place. It made me realize how much of a bitch I had been to you in school for no reason. I was jealous of you." She turns her attention to Draco. "And Draco well, I can't deny that I had a little crush on you. I think every girl in our house did. I want to say i'm sorry for getting angry at you for choosing a girl that isn't me to be your girlfriend. I took that out on Savanna when she did nothing wrong. You have the right to love whoever you want, and you chose a pretty amazing woman."

I'm surprised, I really am. But my heart is touched. I can tell she's being sincere. She really is sorry.

"So, I apologize for everything I did and the way I acted. But I hope you can forgive me and we can be friends."

I smile but Draco still looks a little confused.

"I forgive you. Thank you for coming by the way." I say.

She smiles back. "I wouldn't miss it. And you look beautiful by the way."

"Thank you, so do you."

"Was that actually an apology coming from Pansy Parkinson?" He asks.

Pansy shrugs. "Yeah. Um- congratulations on your marriage. You really are perfect for each other." She says before walking away.

"No way that just happened." Draco says.

"I'm surprised she's alive." I say, finishing my dinner.

Hiraeth comes up behind me unexpectedly making me jump in my seat. "Cissy said it's almost time for your dance."

She reaches for the plate of cookies on the table but her little arms are too short. Draco grabs one and hands it to her. She looks over at me and points. "Mommy's so pretty." She smiles before running off back to Narcissa.

I put my hand on my heart. "Awww."

"She's absolutely right." Draco says as he stands from his chair. "Ready to dance?"
