Gregory woke up quite peacefully. He was warm, cuddled up to a blanket and had felt better than ever.

He gently knocked on Freddys hatch.

"Mr Bear? I'm awake now.."

With that, the giant bear opened his hatch.

"Good morning superstar, did you sleep well?"

Gregory leaped out of the hatch and carefully folded the blanket into a perfect square, storing it away into Freddys hatch.

"Mm. But what time is it?"

The bear gave the kid a quick scan.

"2.30am, it's still too early for the doors to open. Your body temperature seems to be better"

Gregory watched the giant bears eyes.

"Mr Teddy Bear, please don't scan me like that. Your eyes are very big and scary..."

The bear stopped and closed its eyes, hoping he would grow more comfortable being around the big hunk of metal infront of him.

Gregory only let out a small chuckle.

"Closing your eyes doesn't make me any less scared of you Mr"

"I'm sorry superstar, I don't mean to scare you"

Gregory moved to the bear and gave its cold body a soft hug, to which the bear had watched the child. Stunned. Surprised to see the size of the little boy.

"May I know your name Mr Bear?"

"Glamrock Freddy"

The kid watched him and played with the bears metallic hands.

"That sounds like a friendly name"

"I was programmed to look after children. I am glad that Freddy is a name that sounds friendly."

Gregory watched him with a pout on his face.

"You're friendly, but very dry. You talk like an old grandpa"

The bear looked at him, once again stunned.

"I apologise, it is the way I was programmed to talk"

Gregory hummed and wandered around Freddys room, looking around the heaps of treasures scattered around the area.

"Doesn't it get boring in here?"

Freddy didn't respond.

"Freddy?"

Once again, Gregory was met by silence. So he turned to look at the animatronic bear.

There stood Glamrock Freddy. Still, silent. His eyes occasionally flashing on and off, as if though he was glitching.

"Freddy...?"

Silence.

Gregory was terrified. Scared, so very scared. He felt as if though, once again, he was alone. He watched Glamrock Freddy and his flashing eyes, at any moment, if anything went wrong, Gregory could die.
At any moment Gregory would become a memory, a memory that no one would  care to remember.

The little child turned around and ran. He ran away to where he had hoped he wouldn't be seen. The little ounce of trust he had for the bear had disappeared in a flash. The fear had taken over and the child was running purely on instinct.

Gregory was alone once again.
