Seven awoke to a shuffling by her feet. She opened her eyes and slowly looked around, her and Diamond were laying normally on the bed whilst Ace sat upright at the end, facing the door. She had her switchblade out and open and was twirling it around in her hand, allowing the blade to gently touch her skin.

"You thinking about them?" She asked as she sat up and gave Diamond a shove, waking her up.

Ace didn't tear her eyes from her blade as she continued to play about with it.

"They're just a bunch of wannabe guys. Yeah Ace and Eyeball are genuinely tough but the others aren't-"

"That wasn't the 'them' I was referring to." She interrupted her.

The girls sat in silence. They all knew the 'them' Seven was referring to. The 'them' that had sent the girls to Castle Rock to find and bring back the necklace. The 'them' that had said if the girls failed within a week 'they' would arrive and burn Castle Rock to the ground until 'they' got it back. Them.

"We'll find the fucking necklace." Ace growled, her grip tightened ever so slightly for a split second.

"Did you get any sleep last night?" Diamond asked her as she leant forward slightly.

"No. I don't trust the guys so I stayed up while you two slept." She mumbled, loud enough for the girls to hear.

"Ace.." Seven started.

"Leave it. I can survive on no sleep. Just makes me a little touchy, which if memory serves, let's me get the job done." She paused. "We'll find the fucking necklace." She mumbled again.

"Do you wanna sleep for a bit?" Seven questioned quietly, knowing the answer already but it was worth a shot.

Ace shook her head as she jumped up, folded the blade back down and returned it to her back pocket.

"I'll ask Ace if we can shower and then we'll get back out."

The other girls nodded as they watched Ace leave and head downstairs.

Ace slowly climbed down the stairs, without her boots on she made barely a sound. Walking into the living room she saw her fellow Ace fast asleep in the armchair with the rest of the boys dotted around the room.

Slowly avoiding the others she tiptoed her way over to the sleeping devil before slowly straddling his lap and gently lowering herself on him.

He groaned and shuffled about as she felt his hands grip her waist and his eyes opened, a smirk instantly appearing on his face.

"Good morning sweetheart." He mumbled, his deep monotone voice somewhat soothed her.

"We're gonna take showers if that's okay?" She questioned, slowly pushing herself harder onto his lap. No guy could say no to that.

He groaned again, shutting his eyes as he gripped her waist tighter, pulling her closer to him. She placed her hands on his chest and gently played about with his shirt as he nodded slightly. A cheeky smirk came to her face as she brought her lips to his ear.

"Thank you Ace.." she almost moaned into his ear, watching as small goosebumps lit up over his bare skin.

And with that she instantly detached herself from his lap and though he tried to reach back out for her, by the time he'd opened his eyes again, she was already gone.

Seven showered first as she was always the quickest whilst Ace and Diamond stood somewhat on guard outside the door.

Diamond showered second whilst Ace and a fresh faced Seven stood in place outside. They could hear the guys were all awake and talking quietly but not one dared set foot on a step of the stairs. The girls were unsure as to whether the boys feared them or whether their Ace had forbid them for going up but either way it worked for them.

Ace was last to shower and she took her time, letting the water trickle down her skin. She allowed her hands to wash her body, being gentle over the scar on her leg. Yet whenever she touched it the memories came back. That fateful day. That fateful day she defied them.

Snapping back to reality she was soon out, dried and dressed, shoving her long hair back into a high ponytail.

Walking out she was met with Diamond and Seven, as they'd stood guard for her. The three girls all returned to Ace's room and zipped on their boots before heading downstairs.

They were met by the male Ace who was leaning against the living room doorway, arms folded across his chest.

"My turn?" He asked.

Their Ace stepped forward and nodded as he gave her a quick smile and gently slid past the girls and went upstairs.

The three girls faced each other and gave a quick nod. Diamond turned and opened the door just as Eyeball appeared in the doorway to the lounge.

"Not waiting for us?"

"We wait for no-one." Ace replied.

And with that the girls walked out and to their bikes. Removing their helmets from their seats they latched them on and climbed their bikes. Engines started and they were soon off, ignoring the boys trying to get them to come back inside.

Seven's bike turned off on the road that led to the pawn shop the girls had hit.

Diamond's bike turned off on the road that led to Irbys.

Ace kept her bike straight on that led to the pawn shop she had hit with Ace.
