Ririka sprinted to her sister, with all exhaustion from her previous run evaporating. Tears as salty as the ocean clouded her vision as ran. 'Why, Kirari? Why would you leave me all alone?!?'  She screamed at her twin, swiping her phone out and dialing the infamous three digits.

"Pick up, PICK UP!!" She screamed at the phone. After the fourth ring, somebody spoke.

"Hello, who is-"

"This is the V-vice President of Hyakkaou, my sis- the P-president just attempted suicide!! Please call an a-ambulance, now!!!"  The platinum-blonde screamed hysterically into her phone.

"Y-yes, ma'am, we will send an ambulance right aw-"

"I-I'm at the end part of campus, there's a huge tower!" Ririka exclaimed.

"Okay, we understand. We are sending some-" The girl hung up. All she wanted to do was be with her sister, even if it was the last few moments of her life. She finally arrived, stopping in front of the broken body.

"R-riri~?"

A soft call asked. The platinum-haired girl dropped to her knees in front of her sister's body. Kirari's legs were completely annihilated in the fall. The bone was beginning to poke through her skin, her legs twisted in unnatural shapes. Ririka gulped back the bile rising in her throat, trying not to vomit. She peered up at the broken body's face.

Blood pooled from underneath the platinum-haired head, staining the pure white glow of the lilies an ominous crimson. Streaks of the red were splattered across her pale forehead, her head likely cracked open in the fall. From the crooked way her neck lay, bones were likely broken beyond repair. She was lucky her neck didn't snap sideways and kill her spontaneously. Her arms rested calmly at her sides, bruises and dirt covering her weakened limbs. Kirari was done for.

"Rari, I called an ambulance..." hiccuped her older sister. She stroked her sister's bangs, pushing them aside to reveal yet another deep gash on her forehead. "You're going to live, p-please, just try..."

Kirari shook her head, closing her eyes as if to push aside her sister's beliefs. I'm done for. Let me be in peace. "No!" Ririka shook her shoulders, her voice piercing the stillness of the calm flower field. "STOP! Please!! Just try to-"

The girl lifted one arm, resting it on her sister's. Please let me be, Ririka. Her head slumped to the side, her face going slack. She had lost consciousness.

"No! N-no, NO!!!"  Ririka's screams didn't die down until they arrived.

"Ma'am, please step aside," a brunette woman in nurse scrubs stated, resting her hand on Ririka's shoulder to calm her down. Kirari lay on an emergency gurney, rolled through the hallways of the hospital.

"S-stop, wait!" She broke free from the woman's hold, rushing after them. "P-please, tell me if she'll be alright!!!" She ran after the four doctors wheeling her sister away.

But the doctors didn't stop, they kept their gazes turned away. "Ma'am, we are doing the best we can," one called over their shoulder to her.

"Excuse me, Momobami-san, the doctors need to do their work!" The woman caught up to her, and lightly grabbed her by the wrist. Ririka stopped in the middle of the hallway, watching her dear twin being carried away, like a limp doll.

Kirari was never a limp doll in her twin's eyes. She was always the strong one. The one with the powerful presence, the authority, the ever-composed manner.

And so the fresh tears came. She collapsed, turning and pressing her face into the woman's shoulder. "Oh, honey," the woman sighed, wrapping her arms around her. The fact that the nurse was being so kind only made her cry harder. That was until Mary Saotome arrived.

"Ririka!" The voice of her second-favorite person belted out.

Ririka's head lifted over the woman's shoulder to see her golden-haired girlfriend. "M-mary..." She released her grasp on the woman, and ran towards the pigtail-haired woman.

Mary enveloped her in a tight embrace, whispering over and over in her ear the words: "It's going to be okay, Riri, it's going to be okay."  The golden-haired girl pushed aside her feelings for the President, for the sake of her girlfriend. Kirari had tried to coerce her into joining the council, she had manipulated her, she had sent one of her good friends a life plan.

Mary Saotome absolutely despised Kirari Momobami. And how ironic it was, since was was in love with the woman's sister. Her twin. The girl who looked precisely like her. But inside the pair of Momobami twins, existed a girl she hated more than anything and a girl she loved more than anything.

But that wasn't important right now.

Ririka Momobami had witnessed her twin sister's attempted suicide. And that was the best case scenario.

Instead, all Mary did was wrap her blazer over the shaking girl's shoulders and whisper reassuring phrases into her ears. All she could do was hold her girlfriend tightly, kissing her forehead. Until the doctors came with news.
