Also slight disclaimer this is my first time writing fan fiction and the only reason I'm making this a smut story is because I've looked over the whole of Wattpad and just can't find any smut for this ship so just keep that in mind. Also bottom middle image is what Varian looks like. Ok enjoy

Varian POV

Ugh, I forgot how far away corona is from here, can't wait to spend another like month or two walking back. Well technically we have a Donkey to pull us but he's so slow. (I forgot the donkey's name 😅) Nuru and Yong haven't been much help either, Nuru keeps talking about space and stuff and Yong keeps complaining because he wants to blow stuff up but we can't just let him, I mean we're walking through a bloody forest, And worst of all... Hugo. He keeps teasing me and calling me stupid nicknames like "Goggles" or "Hairstripe" and it's VERY annoying. And I know he's targeting me because he doesn't say anything like that to Nuru or Yong. The only reason I try not to make a big deal out of it is because he's so... Hot. There are multiple things I haven't told the group yet like how I betrayed Rapunzel, took over corona and tried to kill everyone sort of. The biggest secret though is probably the fact that I'm gay and the only reason I never told anyone not even my Dad is because I'm scared about not being accepted for who I am.

Nuru: Hey Varian, you okay?

"Hmm, yeah I'm fine just thinking."

Nuru: About?

"N-nothing."

Shit why did I just stutter? I thought. I hadn't even realised that we had stopped moving and I was the only one still in the wagon.

Hugo: Come on Goggles, stop being lazy and get off your ass.

God he pisses me off.

"Alright relax I'm coming geez."

We ended up camping for the night in a small oak forest that was near the dirt path we were taking home. Nuru and Yong set up a small fire while I was just writing in my diar- JOURNAL. We were just sitting on some logs and after a while of Nuru and
Yong chatting and me writing, I heard Hugo whisper into my ear.

Hugo: Whatcha writing there Hairstripe? Is that a diary or something?

He was so close to me, it honestly sent shivers down my spine. I blushed hard as I backed away from him, closing my journal at the same time.

"I-It's n-nothing ok and for your information, it's a journal not a diary."

Hugo: Same thing but okay.

"Anyways, I'm gonna head to bed. I'm really tired."

I say. I tried to walk away but Hugo grabbed my wrist and pulled me back down but instead of falling to the ground or onto the log I fell into his lap instead. OHMYGOD OHMYGOD OHMYGOD OHMYGOD OHMYGOD! Nuru and Yong had left to go set up the tents a while ago so it was just me and Hugo there.

Hugo: Umm... h-hi

"..."

Hugo: You okay Goggles?

"AHHHHHHHHHH! Ohmygodimsosorry!"

I screamed really fast and stood up straight blushing so hard that if you compared my face to a tomato you couldn't see the difference.

Hugo: What was that?

"S-sorry for that."

Before he could say anything else I ran off to where Nuru and Yong had set up the tents and hopped into mine and just sat there and slowly fell asleep blushing for like an hour straight. Though I can't tell if I'm forgetting something... meh, probably nothing.

Hugo: Hmm what's this?
