i see papyrus. but his head is cut off. oh [redacted]... i guess i was too late, huh?...

Papyrus's POV (Huh- I guess you didn't expect that, huh?)

I SUDDENLY APPEAR IN THE LIVING ROOM, AND SANS ARRIVES LATER IN FRONT OF ME! HUH? WHY AM I SO LOW ON THE FLOOR? WHY DID THE HUMAN STAB ME? IS THAT MY BATTLE BODY BESIDE ME? OH-A NEW HUMAN RAN IN.

"HEY, BROTHER? WHAT HAPPENED?" SANS LOOKS SO SAD, HOW COME?

Your POV

You run into San's house. You enter the living room, and you see Papyrus. His head is cut off, and he's already turning into dust. You never saw a monster turn to dust, so you didn't know how it worked. You suddenly remember something in the Ruins.

"Hey Sans, let me try something for a moment." You walk towards Papyrus to enter a battle.

"what the [redacted] are you going to do to my brother?" You merely smile at him.

Everything goes black, and you enter a battle with Papyrus, and you look for the Restore button. You find it above Papyrus's head.... or skull. You found it, but you wanted to Check him first.

*Papyrus - Atk 3 Def 3

*It seems he lost his head. You know what to do

You did. You press the Restore button and... Papyrus's head goes back on his vertebra, and his HP goes back to full. You let out a sigh of relief- and a breath you were totally not holding.

You Spare Papyrus, and you find yourself back in Sans's and Papyrus's living room.

Sans POV

... how? never, in 326 resets, has a new human other than frisk ever fallen down here... maybe... just maybe... this never-ending loop of genocide will finally stop.

Hm... was this what ☝︎✌︎💧︎❄︎☜︎☼︎ was talking about? Sans looks a bit better than before as well. I wonder... Has his HoPe changed? I check Sans.

*His HP might have changed. Maybe you should check it...?

I go into my Files. You can't check a monster's exact amount of HP without simply checking them. Only that individual monster or person can see their HP. Though, with the amount of Determination I have, I can access the files. I Check Sans - again.

Ya, stop telling me things I already know System... Just get to the HP already...

*Sans - 5 HP

*Seems like this new human is good news. Keep watching them.
