2 MONTHS LATER
After returning from their hometowns, Jenna and Bella met at the airport in Michigan. They had spent a few days with their families for the holidays but were going to spend Christmas day, plus a few extra days, at the Kiszka house for Christmas. This would be the first time Jenna and Bella got to meet the rest of the Kiszka family.
"Are you ready?" Jenna asked, getting her suitcase in the back of the taxi.
Bella glared at her, squinted, and turned away, ignoring Jenna's question. Of course, Bella wasn't ready, she has been dreading this moment for months, knowing this day would soon come. and she just wanted to make a great first impression.
"I'm gonna take that as a hard maybe." Jenna didn't need to look at Bella to know she was rolling her eyes at her.
Driving through the town of Frankenmuth, the girls were filled with a sense of wonder. This was the place the boys grew up. This was where Greta Van Fleet was born and discovered.
They drove into the outskirts of town and ended up in front of a midsized traditional colonial suburban house, covered in 2 feet of snow of course.
They thanked the taxi driver, grabbed their bags out of the back, and stood at the edge of the sidewalk looking up at the house. Before they could begin walking up, the door swung open and Jake and Josh ran out almost tackling the girls as they ran down the sidewalk.
"Oh, I missed you so much! Never leave me again," Josh said to Jenna, planting a million little kisses all over her face.
"I missed you more," Jenna smirked as she grabbed each side of his face and brought him into a sweet kiss.
"Hey baby," Bella said, wrapping her arms around his neck and kissing Jacob softly.
"Hi, darling I've missed you," Jake said deviously, pulling her close and kissing her neck.
She laughed, batting the hand around her waist away, and continued to walk up the driveway.
"Alright, let's get you two inside and warmed up." The four of them walked up to the house, which was filled with a cacophony of laughter and shouting from various family members. They put their bags down, took off their shoes, and went into the family room where everyone was.
"Guys! We have some people we want you to meet!" Josh said, getting the attention of his family. Everyone turned to the doorway and looked at Jenna and Bella whose nerves instantly spiked. Before Josh could continue Sammy and Danny ran up to the girls.
"Jenna!" Sammy yelled running up to her.
"Bella," Danny said as he ran up to Bella. They tightly hugged the girls, bringing them into a group hug.
"How was your break?" Danny asked.
"Ah-hem!" Josh said, interrupting them. "You can catch up once I introduce them! This is Jenna," Josh said, proudly wrapping his arm around her waist and bringing her in close.
"And this is Bella," Jake said, taking Bella's hand and squeezing it.
"They're the band's photographers," Danny added.
"And Jake and Josh's girlfriends," Sammy also pointed out. The girls' faces turned red from all this attention on them.
"Boys, they aren't your trophies. The poor things look scared to death!" Karen said getting up from the couch. "It's so nice to finally meet you, girls," she brought them into a warm embrace. "The twins don't stop talking about you two."
The hug Karen gave Bella and Jenna made them feel a lot more comfortable about this situation. "Oh, you girls need to meet Kelly! Where is he?"Karen scanned the room.
