Estelle worked on hero duties most of the day when she decided to head back to Height's Alliance. Storming up the stairs for some alone time, she could hear the faint voices of the students behind her as they voiced their greetings.

Hoping to sleep the rest of the day away, Estelle recognised that she was highly annoyed with the civilians and new's reporters. They were beginning to get more aggressive towards her when she was seen in public. They demanded answers that she could not give, and quite frankly, wouldn't if she could.

She did not appreciate their side comments about her and her world, but she knew that she would need to suck it up if she was going to complete her mission. There was no other choice for her. It's not like they hurt her in a personal and emotional way, but it was exhausting having to navigate the public as she just tried to do her fucking job.

"Hey, Estelle!"

She could hear their grumbles of curiosity and concern as she stomped her way upstairs. Collapsing onto her bed, Estelle stared at the ceiling. Her heart sank when her moment of reprieve was halted by a phone ringing; Estelle didn't look at the screen when she answered.

"Hey, kitten."

"Oh, it's you. What do you want?" Estelle grumbled.

"I was expecting to hear you a little more happy than that! We haven't trained in a while; I wanted to check up on you."

"We still text."

"One-word responses isn't enough, Estelle." Shinsou reprimanded, clear disapproval in his voice.

Rolling her eyes, Estelle muttered, "I've kept you updated, have I not? It's been busy."

"I know. I saw what happened with Endeavour. Anyways, that's not why I'm calling you. I'm outside your dorms."

"Hah? What? Why?" Estelle voiced as she shot up from the bed.

"Can you just let me in?"

Sighing in despair, Estelle asked for a minute to change before going down. Shinsou agreed with her request and hung up the phone to do just that. Strolling back downstairs to the entrance, Estelle continued to ignore the classmates in the living room as she opened the door.

Not even giving Estelle a moment to focus her eyesight on the male, she was enveloped in a deep hug from Shinsou. Raising her hands awkwardly, Estelle eventually gave up again before patting his back a few times. Finally letting go, Shinsou leaned forward with a small smile.

"It's good to see you again."

Rolling her eyes, Estelle raised her hand to point to the living room. "Yeah yeah, do you wanna tell me what made you come all the way here?"

Blushing slightly, Shinsou rubbed the back of his neck as he monotoned, "I just wanted to check up on you after everything that's happened. Unfortunately, I can't trust a word you say, so I had to see for myself."

Sputtering in disagreement, Estelle failed to voice a word as Shinsou lifted his hand and placed it on her chin to tilt her head to the side. Giving a light tut and a shake of his head, Estelle inwardly scowled at the look on his face.

"Hm, turns out I was right."

Sighing from mental exhaustion, Estelle turned her head away from the male to avoid his knowing eyes. The class's curious and wonderstruck expressions stared back at her as they watched the scene. The students tried to understand how Shinsou seemed so close to Estelle without knowing her as much.

"Well, you've seen that I'm fine. Off you trot."

"Psh, hell no. You got snacks?"

Scowling, Estelle glared at Ashido, who raised her hand and offered some of her food to the floofy haired male. Her glower only deepened when Shinsou sat on the couch, his hand raised to pull her down next to him. Too surprised to turn him down, Estelle flopped at his side with her eyes death staring at his soul. Inwardly wincing at Estelle's look, Shinsou offered a silent apology with his smile.
