A Whole New Beginning

Chapter 8-Class project Drama

Georgie and Dominic got on the bus to head to school and started chitchatting like a pair of pigeons, This went on till they arrived at school and then went to there seperate classes however they both looked forward to English because they were in the same class. The lesson quickly approached as they thought of nohing else all day. It came to the last 2 hours of the day and english was about to start and the pair of them met at the door of the class with such happiness in there faces when they saw each other

The lesson began with the teacher Mrs Wells entering the room. "Good afernoon class, today we will be starting a group project and you will be completing this in groups of four that I will be selecting" Mrs wells stated in a extremely clear voice. The room became filled with grunts and loads of dissapointed looks from pratically everyone, she wrote everyones name down and put in a hat deciding to leave it up to fate. Dominic noticed that georgie crossed her fingers hopinng that she would be paired with him he assumed but part of him starting questioning why. "Dominic Heart, Luke Bishop, Skye Heart and Georgie Fleming-Morris your group one please go to your table and begin working on the task set for you.

The four approached their table with caution and determination. Fear became a distant memory for Dominic as he took it upon himself to take leadership of this project. Georgie liked this idea where Luke and Skye became quite hostile and angry with it. Fuelling anger Luke punched Dominic out of the blue, "Your not the leader of this group, you never were" Luke yelled drawing the attention of the entire class. "It was Dominic he started it I swear" Luke said with a fake tear forming in his eyes.

Dominic was sent out of the classroom for doing nothing wrong and a wide smirk appeared on Luke's and Skye's face almost like they had planned the whole thing from the very start. Georgie hated this but knew that Dominic could handle this particular problem by himself but she will not fall subject to their wicked schemes. Outside the classroom Mrs Wells yelled "You do not start fights in my classes Dominic you will be in isolation for the remainder of the day go to classroom 302 please". Knowing it was pointless In trying to argue so Dominic just went to classroom 302 and knocked on the door.
