I carry the small tray of food I got for my mate up the stairs. Then I push the door open.
" Fey.... " but I'm cut off by Feyre

Her back is turned to me.

I'm suddenly filled with pain and sadness but the pain isn't coming from within, it's physical pain. My wrists feel like cuts.

Slowly she turns & what I see makes my heart plunge into my throat. My mate standing there blood leaking from her wrists onto her dress. Tears stain her face. I rushed to her side.
" Cassian " I call out
" What? " he responds
All I do is send a picture of Feyre collapsing. She lands in my arms.
" Feyre what have you done? "
Is the last thing I get out before all hell breaks loose.
