Demon! Mahiru x Male! Reader
"Hey Y/N!" Shinoa yelled from the steps of the school toward Y/N, trying to get his attention. He looked behind him and slightly waved.
Shinoa has a crush on Y/N, with him being one of the most strongest people in the entire division, with the added on traits of being smart, handsome, and overall cool, even though he is a bit cold, he does have a heart.
"Hey where are you going?" Shinoa jogged toward him and stood infront of him. Y/N pushed his fingers slowly through his hair with a sigh, his chest rising and falling slowly.
"I was just minding my business Shinoa. Why do you ask?" He spoke regularly, there was no coldness in his voice or attitude, he just spoke bluntly and it made him seem like a cold person.
Shinoa felt a slight pang to her heart, but she didnt mind it because she knows how Y/N is. She fell for him just how he was, so why should she let his ways make her fall out of love with him?
"I have a question.." She clasped her hands behind her back and looked down at the ground.
"Go ahead" Y/N looked out toward the street and scratched his head, eager to be on the way to the training field to train with his Demon, Mahiru. Mahiru is Shinoa's sister, who died while researching demons and became one herself.
"Would you.. wanna train with me today?" She smiled awkwardly with pleading eyes, waiting for his answer.
"I know she's my sister, but i really dont wanna train with her today, Y/N." Mahiru spoke to him through his mind, causing him to chuckle. "You'll be fine, your in my mind after all."
"Sure Shinoa" he began walking off toward the training fields leaving Shinoa in disbelief.
She smiled and jogged after him, slowing down once she met his side.
-after training-
"That was a pretty good training session!" Shinoa twirled in a circle and smiled, happy that she got to spend time with Y/N.
He put a thumbs up and began walking away, venturing toward his home. After training, there was nothing else to do for the day, so he just decided to go home.
"Hey wait!" Shinoa jogged toward him and came to a hault once she was infront of him. Y/N turned around and looked down at her with a blank face, waiting for her to spit out whatever it is she thinks is so important.
"I- uh.. just wanted t-to tell you.." Shinoa searched for a way to tell him how she feels, her throat slowly feeling like it was gonna close up.
"I like you!" She pushed it out all at the same time, burying her head in her hands and waited for Y/N's response. Her knees slightly trembled and her eyes were squeezed shut behind her hands.
