I woke up feeling a heavy feeling all over my body. Naiinis kong sinipa si Giovanni dahil ang lakas noong doorbell! Did he order food? Because I definitely didn't!

"Open it..." mahina kong sabi at nagtakip pa ng unan sa ulo.

I felt him move away from me and get up. Pumikit lang naman ulit ako when I heard him open the door and close it again. I yawned and continued sleeping, I was near my unconsciousness when Giovan opened the door again.

"It's Cali," he said.

I felt him sit on the bed and caress my back. That made me wake up. Why would he caress my back like that?! Binaling ko iyong ulo sa kaniya at tiningnan siyang nakayuko at nakatingin sa akin.

"Why is she here?"

"I don't know. She wants to talk to you."

I sat up because of that. Cali won't come to me here for petty things, she would call if anything but not come here. Giovanni put the strap of my dress on my shoulder properly before looking into my eyes.

"It seems important."

I nodded and went down the bed. I wear my slippers and finger-combed my hair as Giovan walked with me outside. Nang makababa ng hagdan ay hinagod agad ako ng tingin ni Cali. Tinaasan ko naman siya ng kilay hanggang makalapit ako sa kaniya.

"Before I got curious you need to see this first," she said hastily and gave me her iPad. "I was so sure you're busy you didn't even know." Tumingin siya sa akin at kay Giovan bago iyon bumalik sa iPad.

I scrolled it and my eyes widened in shock. Mabilis kong ni-scroll pa iyon pababa habang kumakabog iyong dibdib ko. It was an article that is clearly about me... which is fine if Giovanni wasn't included.

Napapikit ako at huminga ng malalim.

"It was all over every site and even entertainment news."

My hands tremble as my mind went black as I'm thinking of what I should do. All pictures of me and Giovan were there! Iyong lumalabas kami ng building ng Enchantress and us going to the same condo unit, even our pictures when we're in New York! Eating in a restaurant and taking a walk!

I read more articles and there's even a background about our lives before, how we attend the same university, and some commenting that we were actually a couple back then. But some articles found out that Giovanni was actually engaged... a long time ago.

"This is a mess, Cali," I whispered, hindi na mapakali.

Giovan hold my arms that made me looked at him. Nakakunot ang kaniyang noo at nakamasid lang sa akin. Hindi ko naman alam ang sasabihin sa kaniya habang nakatitig ako. I was just breathing harshly like I've almost been hit by a car.

"What is this?" he spoke so softly and took the iPad from me.

He read it by himself, unti unting nagiiba ang ekspresyon at kumukunot ang noo.

"I am bombarded by calls, Astrid. I can handle that but I want to know what you want me to do," Cali said calmly, kahit pa alam kong hindi niya rin alam ang gagawin at pareho kaming kinakabahan.

"I'll change first."

Hindi ko na sila hinintay pang sumagot at umalis na doon. I went to my room and find anything I could wear, pants are definitely not, because that'll be too short on me na. Naghanap na lang ako ng short and some shirt doon. Binaba ko lang iyong buhok ko at hinanap na iyong mga gamit ko.
