It has been two years that you and Jungkook met and 20 months of your dating. You guys met at a store where you and him were buying some clothes. One of your common friends Yoongi introduced you to each other.
Ever since, you started dating, he has never been much expressive of his feelings towards anything and always ends up writing down whatever comes to his mind either as a song or a poem.
He did not even proposed to you, as he was so shy to take the first step so you were the one to get down on one knee and asked to be his girlfriend. It was a beautiful memory and you cherished it dearly.
You two decided to move in together after a short time of knowing each other. Reason being the trust he had on you and same goes to you. You loved him too much so you agreed on the proposal.
He worked under a big music label that goes by the name of Big Hit Entertainment. Moreover, being one of the producers of the company, he was responsible for making the tunes.
So many groups and solo artists under the company trusted him and only him to produce their songs he became a favorite in no time despite his any and conservative nature.
It was comeback season for many of the artists and everyone have been stressing over their songs and dance and other strategies. Specially Jungkook, as he has to work on his own mix tape along with almost 20 different tunes.
You on the other hand worked at a big publishing company Due to the year end and constant workload with additional stress, you were busy these past few weeks. You stayed at your office until late and leave early, even before Jungkook wakes up. One similar morning, you were getting ready for your office, while Jungkook was still asleep.
You went to the bedroom to wake Jungkook up. “Koo wake up its 8 am already, I have prepared breakfast. Get up”, you said, removing the blanket from his body as an effort to wake him up.
“Please Y/N let me sleep for a little longer I’ve worked till late last night”, he whined getting back into the blanket.
“Ok but I’m going to get late so I'll get going now. You better wake up at time and eat the breakfast before its lunchtime. I will keep checking up on you. Bye”, you said and gave him a light peck on his forehead, leaving for your office.
It was lunch time for you so you decided to call Jungkook to see if he had woken up or not but he didn’t answered. You called again but still no answer so you thought of leaving a message for him.
“I have a feeling you didn’t wake up and didn’t eat the breakfast!! Now get up and eat something baby. I’ll try to be back soon. Love you”
It was around 8 when you came back home. You got yourself a glass of water from the kitchen and then you went to your room looking for Jungkook but he was not there.
You proceeded to your living room calling his name. Your eyes fell on him, sitting in his study room working. You went to him and gave him a quick back hug.
“Have you eaten anything baby?” you asked him.
He shook his head, indicating he had not. You sighed and went in front of him. You pushed his chair back a bit and sat yourself down on his lap.
“Why? Jungkook you have already been stressing out a lot for the comeback and skipping meals is not going to help you be any better”, you said in a tone, meant for scolding him but your voice was so soft that it came out pleading. You gently started stroking his hair, cradling your fingers in his curly brown locks.
"Y/N I know I’ve been stressing but the comeback is in less than a month and half of the work is left undone still” he said answering back, slightly leaning into your touch.
