Later at the Foundation, we see Ennui, Crimson, Courtney, and Gwen looking at SCP-565 in it's containment.

Ennui: "A poor soul has been murdered by his loved one and now he will live the rest of his days as a skull in this place."

We then see Katie drop into the room from the vents as everyone then turns to her.
Katie: "Dang it! I knew all of those cookies were a bad idea."
Later, we see Katie in an interrogation room after the guards confiscated all of her belongings, even her jewelry and the fillings in her teeth. We then see you come into the room and sit on your side of the table.
(Y/N): "Why did you attempt to break into the Foundation?"
Katie: "I have a better question, why did your guards steal my jewelry and the fillings in my teeth."
Guard: *from outside the room*"Sir I found a plastic object that looks like a sexual male part of a horse from her purse sir."
Katie: *blushes*"How did that get in there?"
