[Shizun's arrival.]

Xiu Fenglei sighed and walked outside of his university. He looked at the snow falling from the sky. It was cold, but he didn't wear a sweater since he didn't like it, and neither it affected him much because the coldness was the same as how his life was treating him. He was tired. The only thing which always amused him was the snow. He hated university.

It was always the same, teaching the same boring stuff and trying to learn and succeed, not to mention the pressure from his parents to become successful. The day went the same, constantly repeating itself. He, for once, didn't want to worry about his future. He wanted to die; at least, that would be peaceful if he couldn't transmigrate to other novels. He always wanted to go and experience the stories in the books instead of his boring life. But his wish didn't come true.

He held out his hand as the snow was falling on his hand. Finally, he couldn't take it anymore. His parents forced him and always compared him. He wanted to run away—someone to take him away from this reality.

Suddenly he heard a "ding" sound in his ears, saw black spots, and suddenly fainted. His body fell to the ground. The last thing he heard was the ambulance before that sound faded, just like his vision.

Before Xiu Fenglei woke up. He saw himself kneeling in front of a tall and handsome person sitting on an emperor's throne while blood covered the throne, the man and his clothes, and everything else. He was wearing dark red and black robes, his hair black and his hair were loosely open; a black ribbon was tied around his thin waist, a monster-looking golden face attached to the front of his waist, and red eyes glowing brightly. He wore the crown of an emperor. But worst of all, Xiu Fenglei also had blood, but it was his blood. He was bleeding so much that his robes turned red.

The person sitting on his throne had dark empty eyes staring right through him with his long sword pointed at xiu fenglei. The person propped his cheeks on his hand and looked at him with deep hatred and grudge like he had been waiting for this day for many years. Xiu Fenglei was in confusion. He wanted to get up, but his body didn't listen. All he could do was stare at the tall man. He had thin dark red lips. His face was pale. He was giving off a murderous aura.

"Shizun, you finally have knelt to me. Look how powerful this venerable one is. Aren't you happy? Isn't this what you wanted? For this power only, you punished me so I could become a ruthless Emperor in history?" His face was dark because of the lightning, and only a bit of his face was visible. The blood on him made him look even more scary.

"Ah, this vulnerable one also married Shi Lian. Isn't she a pretty one?" He smiled, but it didn't look like a happy smile. Instead, it was a mixture of sadness and mockery.

Xiu Fenglei's body was trembling. His body was already weak. But when he looked at the person sitting on the throne. He was feeling many emotions. Sadness, pitiful, disappointment, ashamed, all the destructive emotions he had experienced in his past life coming back to him. But there was one more feeling he couldn't make out. It felt like someone was squeezing his heart. He didn't quite understand the feeling.

"WHY AREN'T YOU REPLYING!? ARE YOU NOT HAPPY STILL!? YEAH, WHY DO I CARE? WHY DON'T I JUST KILL YOU? IT'S NO USE OF TALKING TO YOU. WHY DID I EVEN BOTHER!" He yelled suddenly. He harshly pushed his sword through xiu fenglei's heart directly. Blood splattered all around, and Xiu fangled and fell to the ground.

"Hah! Even after death, you aren't afraid! You are not a human! The great lord xiu Qiangshu doesn't show any emotions! You are a monster, as people say!" He laughed hysterically. Suddenly, his face started to blur. His laugh slowly died down. But before he could pass out again, he heard someone sobbing.
