Chapter 7

[Shizun, chose me again.]

"Peak lord Xiu qiangshu, I'm glad you are back. This is the right time, the mission i was telling you about it's getting serious day by day. Come with me, i will explain to you." Peak lord Zue explained as he started walking toward the hall of The Ataraxia of heavenly dragon sect.

For some reason Yun lixin wasn't there to see xiu qiangshu, even though he came everyday, he felt a bit sad that Yun lixin didn't come to see him.

Peak lord Zue decided that it would be best if Xiu qiangshu took only only of the head disciple, shuchang or Qianfan with him, or Yun lixin.

If he chose Qianfan, then he will definitely go deaf, shuchang would be the best since he is the serious type but no fun. The only option was Yun lixin. Without hesitation xiu qiangshu chose Yun lixin. If xiu qiangshu was in his real world, he would be only three years older than him since he graduated early and got into university. He also felt close and comfortable with Yun lixin. And he also was the main character so the system for sure would ask Yun lixin to take him along.

"I didn't think this would become a huge problem. Xiu province villagers are in trouble, it is said that people keep sleeping for many days. And those who have woken up say that they feel less enegetic. It seems to be the work of a demon. I hope that you find that demon out. This is all i got about this situation."

"Alright, i will take my leave. Thank you." Xiu qiangshu replied joining his fist together before leaving.

"Now, where is Yun lixin?" Xiu qiangshu muttered as he turned his head left and right searching for him.

It been few hours, and he still didn't find Yun lixin. He thought for a while where Yun lixin will be, the only place he didn't check was the day he had first met Yun lixin, who was fighting seculded area in the forest, where demons and humans were separated a withered cherry blossom stood between the separation of the demon and human realm. Both having a deep crack that wasn't too big for a person to fall infront of human realm and demom realm separating the cherry blossom tree that hadn't grown cherry blossom for years.

Yun lixin sat again the tree hugging his knees, a dark weird aura around him. Xiu qiangshu slowly walked towards him.

"Yun lixin?"

As soom as he heard that, Yun lixin head shot up as he looked at his shizun.

"Shizun!? I didn't notice you were here." Yun lixin gave a sad smile as he got up.

"What's wrong? Why are you here?" Xiu qiangshu glanced at him sideways as he leanes on the cherry blossom tree.

Yun lixin was silent for a while before he replied.

"I'm just..just a disgrace to Ataraxia of heavenly dragon sect. I don't belong here." Yun lixin stared at the ground playing with the branch that he found on the ground.

"Yeah, you don't belong here." With that Yun lixin chuckled.

"You belong in a better sect than this." Xiu qiangshu responded as he gazed at Yun lixin who was playing with the branch.

"What!?" Yun lixin looked at him shocked.

"Yes, you are talented. If you want you can go to other sect if someone invites you to. You don't even have to ask me."

Yun lixin absorbed each and every word xiu qiangshu said. He wanted to hear more compliments, it was the first time someone had saud something good about him.

'Am i really that talented? Does shizun really think i am not a disgrace to this sect..?' Yun lixin thought.

"Even if i get, i won't join. I only have one shizun and that's only you and will be you forever." Yun lixin smiled birghtly.

Oh god, is there some insects in my stomach? Is this the feeling they call, butterflies in the stomach or something, Because i really like it.

"Shizun? Are humans good or evil. Are demons good or evil? If they are good why are they separated? can they ever be peaceful again?" Yun lixin kept questioning. To be honest xiu qiangshu also didn't know whether humans were good or evil.

Why were humans so hard to comprehend? Couldn't they just be completely evil or good? Why do they have to be half good and half evil? It was really confusing for xiu qiangshu. But after all his tough journey in his real world, he knew the answer.

"Humans are both and so are demons, it's just that they are misunderstood and judged. You can't define a particular human as completley good or evil because every evil human has good in them. And every good human has evil in them. It depends on how much human would suppress their evil greeds. But remember no human could completely be a good person as each person has a desire in them."

"The same goes for demons. It's just how humans judged them because of their appearance that they consider is 'scary' or 'omnious'. They aren't."

Wow, i sound so like a teacher. I'm proud of myself. I could have been a young professor.

"i understand now. So you don't hate demons?" Yun lixim gazed at xiu qiangshu, observing his expression.

"No. It depends, if the demon did something evil then punishment should be given, same as human."

Yun lixin slightly smiled admiring his shizun as he leaned against the cherry blossom tree and looked up at the sky.

"Thank you shizun."

"For what?" Xiu qiangshu who was still leaning against the cherry blossom tree beside Yun lixin stared at him.

"For everything." Yun lixin turned his head towards his shizun as he tilted his head slightly and grinned. Xiu qiangshu still didn't kmow what he had done to receive a thanks from Yun lixin but still accepted it anyways.

Yun lixin and xiu qiangshu arrived at Xiu province village.

'Xiu province..?' The more xiu qiangshu thought of it, the more it felt like this must have been the orignal xiu qiangshu's birth place and also where his parents were there. But why did Xiu qiangshu leave his parents home? He must find out, this information might help him in the future.

There was a weird atmosphere in this village. Almost only few people were there. Most of them were inside their house locking themselves. They almost walked like a zombie, they didn't have any energy nor they noticed two outsider from the top ten sects arrive. Yun lixin and xiu qiangshu tried asking them questions but none of them seemed to answer and scowled at them. Xiu qiangshu sighed.

"Why are they acting like that?" Yun lixin asked slightly angered by their attitude not towards him but towards his shizun. Yun lixin was used to this attitude but didn't like when people he cared about had to go through the same thing he had gone through.

"When a person aren't able to sleep, their emotions are out of controlled and often get angered by even small things" xiu qiangshu explained.

"The more they don't sleep the more they would be unproductive and see illusions."

"I see." Yun lixin admired his shizun's knowledge.

"Someone! Please help my father! A demon is on him! Why is anyone not listening to me!" A small girl cried as she pleaded for help only to be ignored by the villagers.
